I like wearing Lacoste scents—they’re great for everyday use, and don’t overpower like so many fragrances do. French Panache Pour Elle reminds me of Lacoste Pour Femme, but this one has slightly sweeter overtones. Both are light, soft scents and very feminine. I like the sprayers on all Lacoste bottles—it’s easy to press out a fine mist that emits a delicate aura instead of a heavy dose of cologne. French Panache might be a soft scent, but it has staying power that lasts all day.

I have mixed feelings about this, I do like that it has a fruity scent and it sure lasts a long time on my (dry) skin. My daughter likes it more than I do, she thinks its fairly long lasting and not too heavy...I feel it might be on the heavy side but I am used to very light summer scents. It's hard to describe scents with just words its like art, very subjective. If you are looking for a new scent and you can afford this I would say give it a try, I voted for 3 stars my daughter voted 4 stars so I chose to give it the 4 as she loves and wears more perfumes/eau de toilette's than I do. Heavy bottle, comes well packaged, ready to gift wrap if you are buying a scent as a gift.

I tried a small spray on my arm and found the scent to be a bit sweet floral smelling. A bit too feminine for a man though. We decided to give it to her daughter. Every person's nose is a bit different in how we perceive the perfume. Some I am sure will find this perfume very appealing. My suggestion to anyone reading this, try it at a store that has samplers before ordering. As with any good perfume, they are just too much money to spend only to find out you do not like it after it arrives.

At first, I found this to be way too sharp and fruity (owing largely to the Bergamot and Pink Pepper) but as it dries down it mellows into a woody, but slightly sweet, musk (with mild undertones of blackcurrant). I was given the chance to review this scent. As this is for females, my wife was the tester.Likes?: Love the presentation. This bottle is red, with blue accents and a white cap, which mirrors the male version which is blue. Very nice. Love the scent. The scent is not initially overpowering at all. it doesn't immediately jump out at you either and it does last. It neither smells like young girl (too sweet) nor old lady (slightly musty), but is just right. A real winner! I think this would be a good gift for the woman in your life.Overall: Price point is what should be expected. This smells great, I like smelling it. My wife liked wearing it. All good.

The husband came home 4 hours later (so 6 hours after spraying) and when he stepped out onto the patio, he could smell my sprayed card on the table by the door. He wasn't as off-put by it as I was, but he agreed that he couldn't imagine me wearing it either.Can't recommend as I wouldn't want to get caught on public transport sitting next to you if you were wearing it!

Handbag size, great for everyday wear

The bottle is a handy travel size and fits into most small handbags and clutches. The fragrance is sweet and everyone, so far, has commented that they like the smell. I wear this most days and it doesn't get boring.
