This fragrance is intoxicating if you like an earthy, vetiver, woody parfum, or EDT version.
I place the value on the historical background, which is often overlooked. It has become somewhat softer thus more practical to wear than the original gold cap although I miss a strong character of the latter one too.
Eau d'hermes a vintage perfume for true perfume lovers who aren't afraid to buckle trends, but experience olfactory notes that aren't that common these days in men's cologne, especially the cumin and tarnished leather smell.

This fragrance is not for the faint of heart and therefore should probably be tested before purchasing. Its a masterpiece of perfumery with a stunning leathery/smoky note and flavoured with cumin. This not a fruity, floral! Gorgeous!
