What I did NOT like: I ordered the TAUPE shoe but on arrival it was much "darker brown" than the website showing a lighter color for TAUPE. Also note: this SHOE RUNS BIG. I wear a size 8, medium and ordered the size 39 which I had to return. I switched to the color COGNAC and had to order down to a size 38. Overall, I absolutely LOVE this shoe, with the right size and Cognac color it rocks! Received many compliments! I walked several miles up hills and on cobblestone streets while on vacation. These shoes support one's feet, arch, don't squish toes and are very comfortable.

Whoop whoop. We I received them, it looked like they had been worn and maybe refurbished or something. Normally when I purchase on line, I get shoes that still have the paper stuffing inside where they had never been tried on before. This is a plus since I have narrow feet and people stretch shoes if tried on a lot.; however, these were In the box but the shoe strings look dirty and so do the shoes where the Les her bends a little as you wear them. . I have been searching for MONTHS for a leather sneaker that was versatile; my go to for a summer dress/shorts/white jeans. Mostly, to wear for a European walking vacation. The reviews were amazing, no break-in period and even wearing without wearing socks. I wore them day one of arrival (no socks.) The amazing innersole took shape of my toes and foot in general. But unfortunately, tiny pieces of the material of the innersole were on my toes when I took them off about four hours after wearing. It was over 100degrees outside so I don’t know if that was a factor. I then wore them with socks the following day and they were too tight across my toes. Their simplicity is great.

This was my 2nd pair of Ecco Soft 7s. I bought my first pair before a trip to Israel a few years ago and since I was walking everywhere, I wanted a comfortable and cute pair of shoes that would provide support, as well as look good with everything (jeans, skirts, shorts). Someone recommended I try Ecco and from the first time I tried on my first pair, it was like I had found my best friend. No break in period needed, no blisters, just lots of walking on mixed terrain and no issues! I finally wore them out this summer - and did I mention that they were my go to daily shoes all through COVID. I will always have a pair of these in my closet, if not several! Thanks ECCO! These are great, don’t change a thing!
I was hoping these would live up to their reputation. They look nice. Unfortunately, the top of my foot hurt after wearing them 8 hours at the office. My toes were pushed down because the shoes are stiff too. I'm not going to wait 29 days to see if they break in. They have a 30 day return policy. Thet are too expensive for me to feel like I need them off right away when I get home. I have a medium arch, somewhat wide foot, but it's not a thick foot. For those who are wondering.
Bought these sneakers last summer and only wore them on occasion. Loved the shoe and the comfort. Unfortunately, when I pulled them out of the box for spring, I discovered the midsoles have yellowed over the winter. The leather upper of the shoe and even the shoelaces are still perfectly clean, so it's easy to see they were taken care of. When I reached out to ECCO customer support, they said there is nothing they can do. To say I am disappointed in the longevity quality of the shoe is an understatement.
I have 10 pair of this ECCO sneaker style, purchased during 2019, 2020, early 2021. I was always amazed at how consistently they fit, and perfect for me. But the pair I bought in October 2022 was, well, *different*, and not in a good way. I need a slim heel fit, and this pair (and others in the store) don't have that :( I did compromise with a pair that felt a little snugger, but may have to put something in to fill the space on either side of my heel. Other than that, love the Cognac color. It's MUCH prettier in person than on your website; more of a saddle tan, and not lurid orange!One more thing, the shoes are no longer marked with the manufacturing country, which I find strange...

They seemed slightly large at the time I purchased them but the sales associate assured my this was the right size. I wear them often but they do still feel a little large on my foot. I recently order another pair, same size, and this time they were noticably longer than the previous pair and felt much too big, my foot was flopping out when I walked in them. I ordered a pair of golf shoes, same size, at the same time. These were huge! I am really dissappointed. I love these shoes but I don't trust the sizing, it's not consistent. I considered ordering a size smaller but I'm not sure it's worth the effort of ordering and returning and the sale price at the time ... I LOVE these Ecco Leather tennis shoes. This is my 5th pair. I wear an 8N in US sizes & a 38 in their Euro style and they fit me perfect. It's a narrower style tennis shoe & they are hard to find. Nice looking & long lasting & very comfortable from first wearing. My first pair is about 7 years old & still look good. I was looking to replace my red ones & from the picture these looked red although described as Burgundy. I would call them Oxblood. They are darker than pictured.
I had ordered the Veja V12 and this Ecco Soft 7 and this shoe won! The Veja style is incredible but was not comfortable nor did it breathe. I have the Ecco Soft 7 high tops and was able to walk all day at Disney with no foot pain. I put these sneakers on and immediately felt the support and comfort. They also look great. Thrilled with these and to have a comfortable pair of white sneakers that go with anything. Also nice and light!
