Before choosing this specific product I tried several ECCO shoes and many of them several times, including the one I purchased. Unfortunately sometimes it is not possible to understand whether the shoes will rub your heels or not. I was misfortunate and within 20minutes the shoes rubbed the biggest blisters ever on my heels. After almost two weeks my heels still are not fully recovered. Also I have walked with these shoes couple of times, all together an hour or so. I am still working on how to soften the heels. To me it seems the heel construction of this specific product is very hard and has no cushioning to protect your heels from the inside. These sneakers look great, but unfortunately, the shape is wrong for my feet, too high and too bulky.
