These boots were absolutely perfect for my travels to Europe. The fit was as expected (going by the sizing chart). They didn’t require any breaking in, supported my feet while walking an average of 8-9 miles per day, and they matched with different styles of outfits. They were great on the cobblestone and uneven roads. The quality is outstanding!

I was looking for a casual shoe for winter when I found these. My company has a casual dress code, so the leather goes well with most denim. I like that they come up just a bit higher. I was concerned that they may be difficult to pull on, but they have excellent stretch.

I have a long but narrow foot. This boot fits. It's been very difficult to find a brand that fits, and this is the one! Most women's size 12 shoes/boots are in a wide width and my foot absolutely swims inside. So thank you Ecco for offering a narrower width in size 12/EU43. This is a lightweight boot. This is good for fall!

The leather does not look nor feel like real leather. Shoes look cheap, but they aren’t. The left shoe feels larger than the right and slips off my heal. I have to wear with thick socks. I do not experience this with other brands. Their quality is slipping all the way from 100 to 0. I ordered two new pair off the back of my first pair, which are of excellent quality. The new pairs, no. Nothing even close. Will not buy them again.
Got a good deal on these and was easily able to pick them up at the store. I am usually 8.5-9 and the 39 fit well enough. Concerning comfort though, the Ecco that I once knew seems to be gone. This is like the fourth pair of slides/shoes/boots that I have ended up returning.Even with insoles these just weren't as 'ahhhh' comfortable and brilliantly engineered as footwear I used to get from the brand. I fear they must have outsourced the design dept or perhaps made compromises with the manufacturing and materials to save money. Can't blame anyone for trying to save money, so I am sure ecco will understand when I spend mine elsewhere.
I ordered 2 pair after the first pair I purchased, which is of excellent quality. These Chelsea boots look and feel cheap. Are they even real leather? I don’t think so. This boot was great, but I needed a smaller size. Since Ecco would not do an exchange, I followed the return instructions and used the provided shipping label. I returned within 2 weeks of purchase unworn, and now it has been over 4 weeks with no refund. There is nobody to call, so I did an online chat and they couldn’t give me an update without a tracking number (of a shipment that ECCO provided the shipping label- they initiated it they should have a tracking number!).I am disappointed and sad I lost that money. ECCO shoes are the best but BUYER BEWARE shopping direct from this site. In the future I will purchase at a department store or Amazon so I’m not ripped off again. Shame on you ECCO.
I bought the boot to wear in an upcoming trip to Europe so haven’t worn for extended amount of time. I have worn them around the house and the fit is slightly large, especially at the heel. I’m planning on wearing a thicker sock so fingers crossed that will help.
I'm usually a 10 in shoes rarely a 9.5 so I figured the 9/9.5 wld be too small. I ordered the 10/10.5 & they're huge. They would fit someone thts usually a size 10.5 or an 11. Now I'm stuck with these bc they were final sale & the 9/9.5 is out of stock in blk. I read alot of reviews on lots of sites tht said they run true to size or small so I figured the 9/9.5 wld be too small & the 10/10.5 might be a bit loose but these were way too big! If you're normally a size 10 sometimes a 9.5 I wld get the size 9/9.5Shoe is cute just way too big for my feet. And now the 9/9.5 is sold out! Ughh,,
Very comfortable and stylish. They held up well in the rain. They are also lite weight and easy to walk in for long distances. The color does vary slightly from pair to pair, I noticed this because I bought them in store. I purchased them for a vacation and did a lot of walking, and for me they are definitely more comfy with a pair of actual socks that go up a little higher on the leg than with my no show socks. I love Ecco shoes and boots and have many pairs.
