This is an odd looking shoe, but with the insole removed (as intended) it is also one of the best fitting shoes I have ever worn on my wide-fitting feet.I am hesitant to buy shoes full price online in case they don't fit right, so I bought these on sale. But in future I will be looking for other shoes in the same range, and would pay full price for them.

Love this new version of Soft 7! Please never stop making Soft 7. They fit my foot with comfort and no need for orthotic. Please please make a sandal version, none of the sandals are wide enough under the arch for me.

Loved this shoes but runs small. I am a 39 in every Ecco I have ever owned but this shoe (in 39) is too tight.
Great look, but not a good fit. I wear an 8 1/2 and the guide said these run small to order a size up. The 9-9 1/2 are huge and wide. Will be returning these!

While these shoes fit fine once I got them on, it was nearly impossible and a big struggle to put them on since the rubber was so firm and stiff. So I had to return them.
I needed a shoe that was comfortable and work casual and this shoe was perfect. The goretex material is an added bonus. It’s stretchy, doesn’t bother the top of my foot (But I have flat feet, very little arch). My orthotic fits.This doesn’t run small. I’m usually a USA size 9 and bought the 8-8.5 size.
