So I took a picture of my screen and what a surprise, it accepted it. There should be a clear explanation on the form you are literally looking for a picture of your first email. The only other problem I have had which I have rectified since I downloaded the manual was why the unit lost about 3% charge a day. Thats when I found out the unit was not truly off until you hold the power button for a long hold at which point it shuts the entire unit off. I know you save paper by letting the customer print the instructions, but I feel you should either put them in the box or put a paper in the box saying where to download the manual. Looking forward to using this for both power outages and off grid power uses'

I could only charge it from my generator or plugged into an electric supply which greatly affected my ability to work remotely and/or boondock. EcoFlow will replace it, but not to an address in Canada which is where I was, and only somewhere where I could ensure I could be there for a period of time and have a stable address. AND this melting cord has happened to a lot of other ecoflow batteries (per my online searching for solutions) so this isn't a fluke. I don't recommend this expensive faulty product.

Great portable power with a lot of versatility.

I was shopping for a 'power station' to take along on a planned cross country road trip. I do a LOT of comparison shopping and I was thrilled to find Walmart had the best price for my %231 choice (EcoFlow River2 Pro). After arrival, I did a test run. The battery charged to 100% in about 55 minutes. I hooked it up to a pre chilled DC 12V powered portable refrigerator/freezer and the EcoFlow performed better than expected. I used it to power the 30qt cooler at 42 degrees for 55 hours and it had only used 35% of the battery power. At that rate I can easily run the fridge for 5 days if needed. This unit will come in very handy for camping, road trips, power outages, etc. This unit can output power via 4 110-120v outlets as well as via a 12V Cigarette lighter plug. And for items with USB chargers, the unit has several USB-A and USB-c inputs. You also have a choice of how you recharge the power station, with either normal household 120V plug or via car 12V plug. In addition, there are inputs to charge this unit via compatible solar panels as well.

Great product for an emergency.

I have 2 of these, this one and the smaller 7 lb one. I use at home for emergency backup and to help out the neighbors in a power outage. It weighs 17 lbs and for me is about as heavy as I would want for something like this. I can run a 1 hour wash load on a modern washer and an hour run on an older gas dryer using a variac to slowly bring up the voltage. This means the inrush current on the dryer is just so huge it overloads the power pack. Even a larger model would have trouble with our dryer. I also charge modern electronics with it and use it for a portable power outlet. ECO flow products use Lithium Iron batteries which are non flammable and have a huge cycle life. They also charge very fast, usually an hour. They are very useful devices. Do your homework ... MoreI have 2 of these, this one and the smaller 7 lb one. High Quality, portable and Rugged, Power Supply!

The River 2 Pro Power Station packs a lot of 'juice' in such a small box. It looks great and feels solid with very good quality. This is my first time using a battery device and generator like this.I purchased this to power a portable CPAP machine for 8 days on a high-desert, Utah river (SanJuan) rafting trip in mid-August. High temperature forecasted between 100 and 105 degrees F.Based on the specs of the CPAP machine, the plan was 3 days for 10 hours per night at 20 watts/ hr. with a 20% margin for heat loss using the machine's 120 volt power brick. So, to recharge and power the remaining time, the 160 watt EcoFlow solar panel/generator should be sufficient to extend usage on river for 2 hours per day.Rig worked at home under ideal circumstances and actually ... MoreThe River 2 Pro Power Station packs a lot of 'juice' in such a small box. I used CPAP powered by River Pro 2 for 7 nights 8 hours per night. Actual high temperature was 99 degrees F.2) I upgraded to an oem,12 volt DC power supply for the CPAP machine which reduced the actual wattage consumption to less than 8 watts/hr rather than 20 watts using standard 120 volt power plug/adaptor supplied by the manufacturer.3) The 12v plug/power brick offered by the oem drew 60% less energy than the standard 120 volt power supply.4) Because of weight/space limitations, I chose to not carry the 160 Watt solar panel on the river.5) I tested the solar panel, recharging the River Pro 2 upon my return home for 1 hour on a bright sunny day. I layed the panel flat on the ground (not aimed at the sun). It produced 137 watts of energy over the hour.6) To ensure the battery did not get wet or exposed to physical abuse, I sealed it in a plastic garbage bag and carried it in a 24 can soft cooler for protective padding. It was packed up for only 10 hours a day, so 'off-gassing' was not an offsetIn summary, the River Pro 2 performed flawlessly! Invest in protection for the device. Take care of your equipment, and it will take care of you!

Little powerhouse!

I have tested the unit before taking it out on my next camping trip and I am in love! I do a lot of traveling with a tiny teardrop basically a bed on wheels. This little guy will allow me to make coffee, heat water and plug in my single burner stove. Added features of car charging or wall charging are wonderful, use it -then charge while you drive to the next stopping point. I even tried my 1500 watt hairdryer and it worked great. Looking forward to using my little fans for summer and my mini heater for winter without fear of losing power during the night. Just wish that this unit had been offered with the free solar panel promotion like the lesser wattage one as the solar panels are pricey. My favorite feature is that it has a built in carry handle and is so light ... MoreI have tested the unit before taking it out on my next camping trip and I am in love! [Rewarded Review] I had high hopes because eco flow is a known brand
24 February 2024

I opened it and set it up and used it till it reached 27% and then connected the solar panel and it started charging keep in mind I bought a 110w panel and at first it was only generating 30 watts till I set it up and tilted it a little and went up to 58% and then down to 40% and back down to 30% then to 9%. The next morning I was going to charge it using the wall charger. Nothing would work not wall not solar and no display, I kept it connected for another few hours and still no display nothing so I contacted eco flow through the app and after chatting it was clear they were going to start a refund or exchange. No recommendation on a work around to get it to function again so I just did the return through Walmart and dropped it off at fedex. By the way when you return it back through fedex you HAVE to take it to a main hub distribution center because it’s a battery and considered hazardous. I live in a rural area so it was a pain to find this out after 3 cities and 4 FedEx locations. The QR code only printed one label for two items so the agent shipped them in 1 box. All 4 locations were a rating their heads. What a fiasco.
