The fact that it goes back to the station and cleans the mop pads mid clean is a game changerMy previous vacuum/mop used to just spread the dirt all over the tiles and I’d have to steam mop once a week but this makes it clean, clean CLEAN

I bought the T20 Omni Thursday 27/07/23. There are so many issues I don’t have enough time to go through in detail. However, hear a few that I found.If you have glass walls or windows It doesn’t map well and makes rooms up outside your house. That don’t exist. You then need to edit the map otherwise it will persist in trying to get through the glass.Many occasions it gets lost and forgets where the station is. My station is in an open and clear area as per guidelines.I’ve had to re map several times now and still no improvements.Immediately returns to station on many occasions simply as it doesn’t know where the designated areas are.I was unable to put in dividing walls in map.Vacuum cutting out. Even when it is absolutely full.The app is not easy to navigate.It doesn’t respond to voice commands.This has been a complete waste of my time

Love our new T20 it really makes a huge difference to our lives, one less annoying job and more time enjoying our weekends.Mapping was pretty easy and the cleaning quality is great. The fact it vacuums and mops as it goes is fantastic and you can also set up mini routines via the app to do a variation of tasks on the frequency you like, for us it’s the common floor areas just getting a vacuum in between the big weekly job which we are loving.Things to think about - the base unit is big so you need somewhere for it. It is neat enough though so hasn’t been a problem for us.It does seem to use a bit more water than I expected, I’m playing with the settings to see if I can adjust it. Not the end of the world but something I wasn’t expecting.
