Very disappointed with this purchase, in regards to the cost for both the plug in diffuser and the fragrance.Unfortunately the beautiful french pear doesn’t throw off its amazing strong scent, it so faint and we can hardly smell it.I expected more from Ecoya, I’ve been supporting the business for years with their candles.

I have always been a fan of Ecoya Products, but was disappointed in the plug-in diffuser. For the first few days I didn't think it was working, as could not smell anything, but it did get warm - so assumed it must have been doing something. Can now smell it if in about 1m vicinity - would maybe be good in a pretty small room toilet / bathroom. But would not recommend for any larger room.

I love ecoya products and French pear is my fave. Waited so long for this to arrive and it doesn’t give on any smell to it. Very disappointed given the price of them. Will still to the other French pear items in the future.

To be honest I haven’t used it as I’ve read the fine print on the diffuser and it can only be on for six hour periods at a time and that’s something I won’t be able to monitor. It’s annoying as I thought it was a set and forget device like other similar products a third of its cost! For the cost of it I’m disappointed 😔
Absolute waste on money. Little to no smell at all. Left feedback, along with other unhappy customers on their socials--no feedback. It is an expensive item, and I expected better. Will not purchase again and will tell others not to as well. The housing looks good, but that's where it stops.
I’m disgusted with Ecoya. I ordered my plug in wall diffuser and only received the plug in bit and have been told the flask is on its way and I still haven’t received it and no communication from them. I definitely won’t be purchasing anything from them in the future again
Rather disappointed in the new diffuser. Got the French Pear fragrance which we love, but this is so weak it only works in a tiny area. Not like other brands. Wouldn’t get again.
One of my main gripes these days is when appliances are made too big for a double wall socket. This plug in diffuser smells great and looks great, but if you are plugging it into a double wall socket there is no way to fit anything into the neighbouring socket. You can't lay the diffuser down, if you do the oil leaks, so it needs to go into a wall socket. Most homes may not be like mine, but to me, a wall socket is prime real estate, so rendering half it useless to have this lovely diffuser do it's thing is quite frustrating.
Ecoya products are my absolute favorite. The quality is outstanding, the lingering fragrance left in our car is just delightful. I highly recommend this product.
