I love this product. I have brought 2 now and properly will get some more soon. I've made ponds out of them and they are holding up extremely well, even in our heat. Perfect size for some aquatic plants and some white cloud fish (love to eat mozzie lave). For the price this is a great item. Looks great day or night and as I said, will be definitely getting more.

Great value plater. No holes in the bottom of this one so we used it to make a fish pond. Deep enough to add gravel, rocks and plants. Our two new goldfish love it.

I bought 4 of these 3 years ago for my hydrangeas, put some holes in the bottom for drainage, hydrangeas love them and have grown to 1 metre wide by 1.5 metres high. Still in excellent condition after 3 years. Now I'm buying another 4 for my bulbs.
I’ve bought 3 of these whiskey barrel look planters and put drainage holes in myself. Perfect for large shrubs. I have planted a native finger lime and thornless blackberry and a flower fairy garden. Fantastic value for money.
Eden 52cm Whisky Half Barrel Planter
The barrel itself is great but the one that was given to me in my click and collect order appeared to have been left out in the sun. The sticker on it was faded and the glue from it was melted onto the barrel. Instead of being able to peel the sticker off, I could only remove it in very small pieces. I first tried to get it off using hot water. When that didn't work I tried using an alcohol wipe which also didn't have any effect. I was finally able to remove all the sticker and glue using Eucalyptus oil, however it also rubbed off all the 'textured' finish in that area. The result of my efforts was a big patch left on the barrel. For this reason I was disappointed with my click and collect purchase and felt that care was not taken in putting my order together.
This is a really good sized pot for something substantial to grow into. I have one for a new Daphne plant I want to grow. I bought it through clip and collect and was not disappointed.
Love these plastic half barrel pots! I was worried they might be a bit lightweight, however they stayed put in the horrendous wind the other night. Drainage holes were simple to drill, plus they look really nice, especially given their low price.
Lifting and moving heavy objects has become an issue for me.No more heavy pottery and cement plant pots to manage.I bought two of the Eden 52cm half barrel planters to use with flowers and bulbs. They look great. Drilled holes in the base, no problem.
