A great looking fan, with superbly quiet and wobble free operation
These fans look great, are steady and versatile. The light is not bulky & gives 2 choices in type of glow. They were sent in good time & we are always happy with items from RR.
Great fan - very quiet. Has a good ultra-quiet night mode. The fan wobbles a bit on the maximum speed, but I think that's to be expected, as they're not rigidly mounted – it's mounted in a ball and socket arrangement to give the fan ability to move without dislodging the roof mount. The electrician did find it a bit annoying that the remote control receiver didn’t fit into the fan housing on the roof — it had to be fitted up inside the roof. But once installed it works well. Even though it has a light operated by remote control, you can still use the light switch on the wall to turn the light off and on (though the fan won’t operate if you have the light switch turned off.) The light is very bright which is fantastic — thoroughly illuminates the room. And there are ... MoreGreat fan - very quiet. Has a good ultra-quiet night mode. PS remember to order a fan extension rod if you don't want the fan right at roof level! If you have a higher ceiling this will be essential.
They have 6 speeds and all the functions we need for our bedrooms. Good to look at and quiet. The remote is easy to use. I really appreciate the helpful product descriptions on the Reduction Revolution website, and the company always seems ready to help. In this case they confirmed the most likely delivery days within the stated delivery period enabling us to book an electrician who had limited slots available.
We purchased 1 with no light and 3 with light, we are very pleased with them all, they look great and are extremely quiet, we are delighted with our purchase.
Despite 4 blades not as much air flow as we expected. Not whisper quiet either. We upgraded to the Eglo Noosa, which is much better as the Stradbroke - at a higher cost, though! RR was very supportive in the upgrade process.
The remote control unit Fits under the top canopy, unless you get a lazy unskilled sparky! Just saying, tradie skills vary....
