Ive used plenty of products with propolis, royal jelly, etc. in them and had no problems. I think the bees wax MAY be the culprit.I gave it 3 stars in spite of my experience because of how much Ive it at first and because it may not cause any issues with others. Forget everything you know about traditional “skin slugging” like you’ve seen all over social media; this is the answer. I apply it at night as the last step to my skincare routine and wake up with the most supple, hydrated and glowing skin I’ve ever had. As someone who suffers from dry acne prone skin? I cannot use most occlusives. This is the only product that heals my dry skin and damaged barrier without breaking me out. This is the holy grail. I would gatekeep this if I could!

A must have for eczema prone skin!

I’ve added this into my skincare routine as I’ve had red patches and eczema on my face including my eyelids for the past few weeks. Nothing was working and I was determined to use something more natural as medicated creams weren’t doing anything. A little goes a long way with this. This has contributed towards soothing my skin and relieving my eczema. It’s perfect for dry skin however it isn’t hydrating enough so can’t be used alone for dry/eczema skin especially under make up. I would recommend opting for this instead of medicated creams.

Beautiful Natural Multi-purpose Product

Vaseline, in case you are not aware, petroleum jelly, which is a by-product of crude oil from the production of gasoline! It's neither natural nor good for you! Egyptian Magic is made of olive oil, beeswax and so on. Yes, they serve similar functions (multi purpose product) Sure, the natural ingredients of Egyptian Magic makes it more expensive but you get what you pay for. If you want to only pay £1.99 to slap something on your skin that is a by-product of the stuff you run your car on, then go ahead. Perfect for self pleasure! Very lubricating and doesn’t dry out quick like most others. It won’t rub off and form a ring on your fingers as your unit will soak it up. Best part is it leaves no scent behind or any stains on your underpants so if you are being discreet your spouse won’t suspect a thing! My “best friend” and I use this every game night and my wife don’t suspect a thing! I even went down on him after use and it doesn’t taste all that bad and when he blows his load I can still taste his deposit and this doesn’t ruin it. And the head of your unit will thank you if you dry out like I do! It doesn’t burn if you accidentally sit on a unit and some goes inside you so it makes it an all around great product for fun with your friends. Effective Moisturiser But That's All!

Bought this from my local Boots store today. There are some things I like about it, and I have issues with other things. It is a very effective moisturiser, but that's all.1). I have very white skin so need a moisturiser with SPF in it. 2). You are best getting a very small amount in your fingers and warming it to melt it between your fingers, then it spreads quite nicely.3). You may like to dab with a tissue before sleeping, because it can deposit an oily residue on your pillow slip.4). It went on well beneath my evening/night time going out foundation. It didn't cause it to pill, and after damp sponging and dabbing with a tissue, I was able to apply my loose powder over the top without and creasing and makeup accumulation in any creases etc (I'm 57).5). ... MoreBought this from my local Boots store today. Bit of a misnomer calling it a cream; as a qualified chemist, based on the ingredients, I'd say it's more of an ointment.6). There are a lot of fat-based ingredients. Oils dissolve in other oily substances, so I think any natural oils you have in your skin will blend with the oils in this product and likely make your skin more dry in the long run.7). Bee-based products are long established as having healing properties.8). I'm not an advocate that just because something is natural, it's necessarily better for you (think poo, Deadly Nightshade). I've read other users reviews, slamming liquid paraffin based products (do these people know how crude oil was formed, and what from), and about these products being bad (in so many words). I don't think that they realise that even water is a chemical, and one might argue the chemical most heavily involved in all Earthly reactions (our own bodily chemical reactions can't possibly happen without water).9). Not sure about the price of Royal Jelly, but in theory, you could get all the other ingredients from.the High Street, so I don't know why it costs so much. Cosmetic grade ingredients don't have to undergo the same assurances as pharmaceutical grade ingredients (so I don't think this is why the price is over inflated). Also, Royal Jelly is the last ingredient listed, therefore this is the least ingredient in the product (olive oil being the most).10). Harvesting the bee pollen may add to the cost.11). Vegans not like this product.

Magic indeed

There is a reason why this is a hidden gem by some celebrities. My skin becomes dryer as I age and most creams are a joke and serums just keep my cracks/dry spots at bay. This cream is actually quenching my skins thirst, and finally I am not peeling around the tip of my nose. Yes, the texture is more on the Vaseline side, but it is not the same as it is no where near as heavy. If you have dry skin it will give you relief, combination skin it will help with a glow, oily skin just be careful and you will also receive the glow and baby soft skin once it sits in. I love the gentleness and how quickly my skin will absorb it and keep it contained and not deplete the product so I do not have to keep layering through the day/night.

This stuff is amazing. It's thin, light and goes on smooth. I use less than a fingertip on my face every night and every morning. My face looks brighter and feels softer. Even after showering and washing my face it still feels moisturized. I lucked up and found a 2oz jar at TJ Maxx for $13.99. Yeah it's pricey but, so is trying to repair and cover up acne, scars, dry, itchy skin. I can't say that it clears acne and scars because I don't have that issue. I just needed something heavy enough to keep my skin moisturized in Michigan winters and light enough to keep my skin moisturized in the summer without feeling sticky and sweaty. Very Heavy and Manuka Honey Like Texture

I’m really unsure about this product. Have only used it less than 5x. But I didn’t enjoy using it at all. Idk about it being moisturising. But it definitely smells like honey and felt like applying Manuka honey on the face. Really sticky and I was always afraid of getting them on my pillows then attracting ants after so I stopped using it. A large tub though. Im gonna use it on the body after shower during holidays overseas but definitely wouldn’t repurchase after finishing it.
