Good value for the price. Everything seems to work fine. The sound quality is not great but may be improved by changing the settings, probably better to add a sound bar. The remote control could be better, I find the raised centre button on the scrolling a bit clumsy. Picture quality is good and installed apps all work well.

Best 65" tv at Big W

This s is an IPS panel and the picture quality is unbelievably good.The viewing angles are excellent, I can literally watch this tv at 160°+ and the colours remain the same.The contrast is low like any other IPS and it doesn't get as bright as other TVs but the colors are natural and beautiful.If you are watching this tv in a room with a little bit of ambient light you would think you are watching a plasma tv, it is that good.In a dark room you can notice the lack of contrast but even then it looks so natural that it doesn't bother me too much.The motion is excellent too and this tv despite being 60hz is great for video games.

Broke on its own. Waste of money.

Purchased TV about 15 months ago, was doing well, until the screen showed long, vertical mis-coloured lines through the whole screen. Made the TV unwatchable. Nothing fell on it or anything, it just happened on its own and now I'm out a rather large sum of money. Looks like I should have read the other reviews before purchasing.Do not buy, poor quality product and waste of money.

Don’t bother

Bought this TV nearly 12 months ago. It’s never worked right, forever having to unplug and restart. Now it has lines intermittently going horizontal across the screen. It’s slow to change channels at times too. Wouldn’t recommend.

EKO 60”

Bought the 60” version 3 yrs ago. Problems started about 6 - 8 months ago, remote started playing up so bought a new one, was ok for a while then that one started playing up. Then would randomly jump back to Home Screen. Then it would randomly disconnect from wifi. Well this morning the screen went black although we still had sound. Tried to follow the reset instructions but nothing worked. Bin.

Excellent & exceeded expectations!

Purchased this TV with hopes it would be good 🤞It has exceeded all expectations! Was a tad painful setting up. Great picture & sound (did change settings to suit)Needed to purchase a antenna with booster (maybe in a black spot?)Only thing I can "fault" is the remote. It's got no numbers, no flick button to return to prewatched channel. But apart from that it's excellent!Just ordered a 2nd smaller one for bedroom.

My BIG 75 inch TV has GONE DARK

Less than 2 years and TV has failed apparently it is common in these tvs. First the remote went after 8 months however EKO was really good and replaced it free of charge. However i suspected it was the TV not the remote was the problem. So although the TV only cost me $1000 it is actually very dear if you have to replace it every 20 months. Not happy finding it hard to see what the warranty is for this tv even though i have my receipt. Lets see if EKO replaces it or i have to pay out for a new one.

Rubbish

Brought it last year in the mid year sales, lately the picture has just turned off and back on. Today we turned it on and heard a crack sound. No picture and could smell burning for days didn’t know what’s it was until checked the tv!

The screws don't fit

Just assembled the TV and I have about 2ml of length on my screws still showing on every screw. They cannot go in any further, I've used more than excessive force on all 4 screws and they will not budge. TV is leaning forward and wobbling around, the legs aren't even sitting flat on the table.

These are terrible, don’t even bother.

These are terrible fullstop. Everything we’ve purchased from EKO has been utter trash, they have absolutely no warranty guarantee nor does bigw. A tv shouldn’t have a longevity of barely 18 months. Do better, both bigw & eko.
