Well funny story put it on for the first time as I’ve had lower back issues and I was lifting a lawnmower out of the car and yep done my back in a bulging disc and muscle damage on my right side. I’m still using it to help support my back and I still feel no difference.
I bought this the other day after suffering back pain in the lower back region. I have a physically demanding job so thought I would try this back support to alleviate the pain whilst working and of course to protect myself from further injury. I was very impressed with the level of support it gave and I was able to carry out my duties with no pain at all.
I am so happy with this product, supports while working and does not inhibit my work, have used another but nowhere near as good as this product, would highly recommend.
Having injured my back with smaller kids, it was good to have a simple method of support that allowed for movement whilst keeping stability throughout my back.
Uncomfortable if you get bloated or are overweight, but provides pressure around your back
