They have worked well for me. I’m a tall adult male.
I am an average size woman but this thing was much too large, and cannot be modified so it was just a waste of money. But it probably would fit somebody.
Bought it today.Even after multiple attempts at softening and setting to the shape of my mouth, still requires your teeth to be held tight together otherwise it falls out.Note, it is a very soft plastic, so requires only warm temperatures to soften and set. Do not use boiling water!
Not the best one out there, but I bought this out of desperation whilst waiting for my custom mouthguard. Very thick and not comfy at all, lacks hold (keeps dropping out unless you clench your jaw closed)
Coloured is easier to find in water
