I love my new fireplace / heater. It looks very real. In the beginning the burning logs kept flickering on and off and wouldnt stay on. They are staying on now so not sure on the issue. It may be the size of my lounge room but I thought it may be a little warmer. All in all I love it!

Well worth the money. It's makes a very nice ambience in the living room. I love it and so do my friends who visit. Recommended to purchase this heater for sure.

Very happy with my heater. Love the cosy feel it adds to the lounge room. And the fact I can use it without heat if needed but still have the flames. The adjustable heat setting is great too. Two friends have now decided to get one since seeing mine!

It didn't heat up the room at all, to kept warm you have to sit so close to it. Very Very disappointed. The fan is not working properly only one speed not two speeds What is a Video going to prove. Either you fix it or i will just get my money.You suppose to be Australian company get your act together.

This has been so amazing and cozy! Can def recommend, my cat loves lying in front of it! Heat blows from a little fan at the bottom - so basically a fan heater.

Well... was great for the first two weeks after that it stoped heating??Not impressed at all

I absolutely love it looks amazing even better than I imagined and reasonably quiet. Even heats my downstairs lounge in no time

Misleading advertising

I recently purchased the heater & was swayed in my choice by the fact it has an adjustable thermostat & adjustable flame brightness both of which it has not actually got.The heat will only work whilst the flame effect is working so no using it without having a light visible in the room.
