The reason I gave it 4 was because it isn’t completely pain free as when I first started to use this I did experience slight discomfort and a bit of pain but with time I got use to it and I do have sensitive skin.

Amazing buy

This Epilator is amazing. Since using it I have noticed such a difference in its efficiency and hair removal than my previous braun device. With it being the latest technology it offers the greatest work. The head is very flexible allowing you to get into crevices and comes with ample detachable heads. It comes with a shaver,trimmer,charger and instruction manual.The device charges relatively fast and lasts quite a while as well which really surprised me. With previous devices i don't get longer than 25 minutes of consistent use however this is way better. It is quite safe to use and easy to follow. This amazing Silk epil 9Flex epilator is absolute fantastic. Been tested tonight and is the most great epilator i had ever . Has a wonderful design with full flex head which allow you to epilate very easy and comfortable, has smart touch witch automatically adapts the speed and i got amazing results in quick time .. as my hair is thin and short it catched too and even hair that usually i was missing with razor took it off . What is does .. the skin contact cap is for epilation the massge roller cap is to give a gentler epilaton and shaver and trimmmer is fo senstive area ..usually my underarms and was so impressed how quick done it . Fantastic pain free results

I have never used an epilator before as I was always worried it would be uncomfortable and would cause redness / a rash so have always stuck with a standard razor. I got the opportunity to try this and it is one of the best products I have reviewed so far. No discomfort whatsoever, you can use it on wet or dry skin. I tried it on both and preferred using it in the shower on wet skin. It comes with different heads for optimal comfort and also has different speeds if you have more sensitive skin. I had no redness at all and have gone from having to shave every other day to going 3 weeks between shaving. Great Epilator

This is brilliant, so much less painful than I thought it would be. This is the first epilator I have used. The device looks great and comes with a nice shower bag. The device only comes with a 2 pin plug. The epilator was nice and felt good quality and well designed. I thought it was pretty tame. I did get a few red patches in some areas, but they faded after about thirty minutes and I admit, I was a bit tender for a few minutes after, but really that was it. I don't know if that's thanks to this particular device, or if all epilators are like this, but this one at least did not get to uncomfortable at all. The battery seems to last well, you shouldn’t have to charge it after every use, which is handy. The device fits very comfortably in the hand and does not slip. Thanks to the movable head, we can easily epilate hard-to-reach places. The shaving itself goes very smoothly and, most importantly, it doesn't hurt! I would compare the feeling while shaving to a slight stinging/pinching sensation (and in more delicate places) than to pulling hair out. It's absolutely painless (and I have a low pain tolerance). The epilator has a pressure sensor, if we press it too hard against the skin, a red light will light up, it is not loud. I had grew the hairs on my legs while awaiting delivery of the epilator but upon reading the manual for easier epilation & for more comfort the hair should be between 0.5-3mm. So first test was the added shaver head with the trimmer comb attached, was super easy, glided effortlessly across the skin to trim hairs, no catching or snagging. Next epilation...OUCH! I tested small area around the bottom of my leg with the massage roller cap attached, again it's so easy to use but was sore, not as painful as the one I tried years ago.
