Sturdy and really comfortable chair. I'm 6'1" and weigh 230# and this chair is sturdy even when reclined. The heat works well not Super hot though. The vibration is great the chair is on a desk pad and on carpet. So the vibration isn't loud. But I bet it would be on a plain hardwood floor. But that's expected. My bed upstairs vibrates and being on a hardwood floor it shakes the house. Really easy to assemble. I would highly recommend getting this chair.

I am very happy with this product. I am finding not being able to adjust the seat forward & back is puts too much pressure on back of legs, as Im not very tall, causing leg/feet swelling due to long hours of sitting, but my back is definitely much better. Having said that, I do acknowledge it was my responsibility to perhaps purchase a chair where this too was adjustable, so I am awaiting on an ergonomic foot rest which will hopefully help. Happy with the product, should perhaps have made a better more informed choice for myself ;)

it is comfortable chair , with adjustable for back of the seat and feet touch in lower on the floor , but if you looking for the massage chair is not quite good , feeling like vibration for your back only. but total good for sitting work on the desk. price is reasonable. Easy to assembly

The massage chair looks better than it actually is. The arm rests are wobbly and cannot be secured any more than they already are and the massager is not very good. I think there has been good intentions with the massage chair, but it has not achieved the desired outcome. Compared to all I have purchased from you over the time, this product is the only one I have given a negative comment to. All other purchases I have been very happy with.

Hasn't got a massage build in. Just a little vibration they call it massage chair. Disappointing I pay for it because it did say massage chair. Will not recommend this to anyone. Also transport company they use it was really bad. 4PX They can not even give you a proper day or time I wait for them 2 days at home. Good luck who ever wants to buy this.

This chair is truly not worth buying as the massage features is just a selling point and not effective. It makes loud humming noise when massage feature is turned on and with that much noise it is worth not to turn on. Without massage feature the chair it self is ok but we had poor experience as there was metal pin protruding out that got me bleeding while assembling.

Comfy, but not amazing

Delivery was fast, chair is comfy and set up was easy. Did have to break off some weld that was in the way of a wheel moving properly. Buttons are wired the wrong way around (mode button turns my chair on and off, on/off button changes the mode)Not sure if I count a vibrating chair as a massage chair, and might be more annoying than relaxing and the chair is quite loud when on

Not all what it seems

It's okay. It's not as comfortable as my other chair but I'm getting used to it. I don't like how the base is and I'm wondering how long it will last and if it will be as strong as a solid base. I'm also concerned about the leather if it's good quality and will peel, I guess time will tell. The cord for the massage is on the wrong side for my liking but I can deal with that. The massager is basic but works ok. The back of the chair is not comfortable and sits bolt upright and needs to be higher. I also had to lower the chair bcos of my height and well it makes things interesting at my desk.

You get what you pay for...

I bought this chair about 3 weeks ago but only assembled it about a week ago, mainly purchased it to replace a worn out chair with a dead piston lift and this fit my budget and weight limit. Thankfully I didn't buy it specifically for the massage function, as after two days of intermittent use at best, it has ceased to function entire. So if you want a massage chair, DON'T buy this because it will break almost immediately. If you're buying it because you want a modestly comfortable office chair at a decent price then you'll be fine.
