I bought this 7 days ago, after cleaning 2 small rooms the turbo head stopped turning. AND we can't completly empty the cannister. Spoke to electrolux and they told me that it was me NOT the machine. Advised cleaning all the filters after each room and hve recommending removing the filter in the cannister to fully empty it (that requires removing 3 screws - thats not user friendly at all). NOT pleased at all with this product and Elextrolux's customer service was far under par. Noel lemmings please dont stock it - it's shocking!!!

So happy with my purchase. This vacuum is excellent. It’s a huge upgrade from our previous vacuum which often felt more like it was just pushing dust around rather than picking it up! Super powerful, easy to set up and comes with several different attachments to pick up all sorts of debris from floors, rugs, tiles, couch cushions and everything else. The bagless compartment makes it so easy to clean and the filter can be washed once a fortnight. I have recommended this vacuum to several people and all are happy with their purchase :)

First of all the Vacuum cleaner does have incredible suction, that is the only good thing. The cord is too short so you have to plug it in and out for each separate room and three times in an open plan living area. The vacuum hose is quite low so you have to bend a lot whilst vacuuming. There are not many attachments, and the ones that are there are very flimsy, I can't imagine they will last long. While the vacuum cleaner itself is solid, the "Powered Head" attachment is less sturdy than a bus load of pensioners. It broke after three uses.Internally, one end of the brush roller broke out from its hub and spun itself into complete brush seizure and was not repairable. Cheap internal construction.
I bought this vacuum 2 years ago. It is a great vacuum with lots of suction as long as you keep all the filters clean. Just recently the suction started to diminish and at one point the vacuum cut out and thought I would have to buy a new one. I purchased new filters (3 in total) and it is working like new again. Downsides is the cord is shorter than other vacuums I have had and when emptying the cannister dust gets trapped in the top half. Other than that it is a great vacuum.
I bought this in October 2021 after many previous happy experiences with Electrolux products but this vacuum is awful. It's my first bagless vacuum and the bagless container is the WORST, it's impossible to empty without dust going everywhere, and you need to use your hands to get everything out from in-between bits of plastic inside. Cord is pitifully short. Design is super clunky and heavy. It doesn't even suck very well! After 3 months persevering I'm giving up - going to donate this one and get another vacuum cleaner, definitely bagged this time.
I regret buying it. I paid a lot more than its currently sold for. Horrible design. If you have any corners or furniture, like most houses so, the wheel will get stuck... Damaging plaster and sides of your furniture. The cord is ridiculously short. And the thing is weak. If you have long hair too, forget about it. I wish I could turn back time and buy literally anything else.

Question: how do you get to clean the dust bin, sure the majority of rubbish empties when you press the lever, however, a lot of gunk remains as ring of tightly packed debris around the top of the dust bin (see photo)... no amount of poking a long pointy object up the side would dislodge this gunk ..... so what happens now? do you just let the gunk build up then throw the whole thing away???? so not efficient . This vacuum does not render a feeling of cleanliness at all .... I cannot believe in this day and age such a major design fault has been let slip by the final quality control check.... Owned this for 10 months. The main canister retains fluff buildup in its upper section and does not easily allow ejection of the contents - I find this a very frustrating device to empty, even though all the advertising (and its name) screams simplicity. Also the way the hose connects to the body a) blocks the power cable retracting, and b) means the unit takes considerable space to store. Power cable is not very long, so I always need to use an extension cable. Cannot recommend if you're looking for functional design.
