Have been using the Pyrolitic oven for a few months now, such an easy oven to operate, cooks beautifully, love the selectable options that also assist my daughter with special needs easily understand and use also. Instructions are great. The black exterior is aesthetically good looking and there is no heat transfer through the glass. It’s easy to clean and the regular reminders are helpful. The array of trays provided make life easier.Electrolux my daughter gives you 12/10!

We replaced our old Electrolux oven with this one and we love it! This oven is sleek, super-quiet and so far has been reliable in its cooking results. The slider trays are smooth and easy to use. The digital touch panel controls are simple, easy to understand and the oven offers many functions. I’m looking forward to using this oven for a long time and can’t wait to put the pyrolytic cleaning function in action. We would definitely highly recommend Electrolux ovens and this one is a lovely updated version.

Electrolux oven with another Electrolux. Fast to heat up, cooks evenly.. Love the LED lighting and the fact you can turn the lights on & off during cooking.When we renovate the kitchen soon we will be putting a second same oven side by side.Will definitely be getting another Electrolux!

I bought this oven 6 weeks ago, I was sold on features such as the door which you can remove, the glass panels in the door which you can individually remove for cleaning and the top element which can fold down so you can easily wipe the roof of the oven. This is in addition to the pyro function (which I have not yet used). On the cooking side, this oven heats up extremely fast, with lots of different cooking modes. The pizza function gave us beautifully cooked through pizza we which was browned on the bottom. My quiche was cooked to perfection, using the pastry setting for the blind baking. The steam function cooked fish in under 10mins. If you find dishes needing a little extra browning, using the grill boost will achieve this in about 5-10mins. Easy to install and operate. Cooking is easy with the muti-function cooking selection on hand. The fast heat up function reduces the waiting time for oven use and cooks food to perfection. Would definitely recommend this model of oven to someone that just wants a no nonsense, easy to use oven at a very competitive price. Additional to the great cooking functions is that it is Australian made. Big thumbs up.
I purchased my EVEP616 pyrolytic oven early June 2021. It is lovely to use. I needed to work out how best to position the shelves and have noticed the oven is slower to cook than recommended times on recipes. I have now learnt to make allowances for this and find I need to add for most dishes, an additional 15 minutes to the cooking times recommended. Easy to wipe out after use. I took a couple of times to learn how to use the thermometer in roasts and again need to add additional cooking times to these dishes.
I bought 2 ovens (the EVEP616DSD and the EVEP618DSD). The EVEP616DSD cooks more evenly than the 618. Overall the ovens are good but they do not evenly brown the cakes.The sliding oven rails are extremely difficult to move around so if you need to adjust after it has been pre-heated this is extremely difficult and hard to do without burning yourself.The handles are the most annoying design (flaw). They are not seamlessly joined together and due to the pointy ends I have ripped jeans and several other pieces of clothing on these. I wish they could be changed.

Finally got repaired after a long process through local repair agents under warranty. A week later oven led panel got lines through it and deteriorated to being unable to access functions with touchscreen, again took ages to fix directly through repair agent as we thought they had knocked screen off alignment. Part to replace took months to come (pre-covid). A few months ago the same led panel problem started and our ok button and clock button won't work, repair agent said they think something is wrong with the heating obviously which is warping the led screen. I bought this a couple of months ago and it is easy to use and meets my expectations. I have been trying to register my induction cooktop that I bought at the same time but it won’t accept the photo of the number, nor my sms messages. The support after buying has been most disappointing. Online information about how to use of products is very limited. I haven’t found recipes and instructions for the model I bought.I was led to believe the oven and cooktop were made in Australia and that’s why I bought this brand. I’m now not sure if that’s true. I would not recommend the products to anyone. Not because of how they work, but because of limited instructions on how to use them.

The added plus is that you can still use these on the slide and glide telescopic runners, which make it easier to slide trays in and out of the oven without the risk of any spillage.Every setting is at the touch of an electronic button and very easy to understand and operate. You can even set the timers to switch off the oven or alert you when you've reached a certain cooking time. You really don't need a manual to operate it.Also, when the time is right, the oven flags you with a reminder when it's time to clean your oven with the pyrolytic clean function which locks the oven and sets the heat to extreme temperatures, reducing grease and food residue to ash. Once the oven returns to a safe temperature and unlocks itself, you simply wipe the ash away and reinstall the racks and runners. Then shut the soft closing door - another plus.In terms of sound, there's very low operation noise from this unit. Just a delicious smell wafting through the house as it does its job.In terms of overall functionality, we are genuinely in awe.The Electrolux designers really knew where they were going with this product and I take my hat off to the them for delivering such a quality and innovative product.We are still in the middle of renovations, but we've had so many great comments on our oven from our friends and family.
