I tried vapour ending cycles, doesn't really work, only one way to reduce wrinkles is to set up spinning on 800 (clothes are more wet, now is in South Australia summer so doesn't matter it will dry quickly) or if on 1000 or 1200 spinning - I use dryer which fixes most of wrinkles ( I hate ironing!) . Well nothing is perfect. Except for this part, I love this washing machine and highly recommend. Hopefully it will work for years like my old one.

A really effective washing machine even on greasy clothes. Great 60min feature and brilliant preset settings for the type of clothes that have been placed inside. Have never had to complete a second wash because it is soo effective. Large opening, and large capacity help complete larger loads faster while also being surprisingly quiet. It is also a very energy efficient washing machine. Paired with a Electrolux EDH903BEWA heat pump dryer, makes for an extremely efficient and effective washing and dryer combination that takes very little time to complete multiple loads of washing. Most loads can be washed and full dried in 2 hours with both machines.

Have just received our delivery of our new washing machine. Firstly what great service! Updates on the delivery and even tracking of the truck. Happy and friendly guy installed the machine and took away the packaging.As for the machine, really impressed with the first load, chucked in the clothes and it weighed them and change the length of the cycle, how good it that! And the spot where you put in the detergent has a indicator to show how much to put in so I can pour from the bottle, no messy measurement jug. Very happy with our purchase.

What follows is a very positive review of this washer. However I would also like to say that the first washer delivered to me was outrageously loud and immediately I regretted my purchase. A few days later I realised that it was pumping water out over the floor in the rinse cycle. The technician did not have the spare parts needed so a new machine was delivered and the following review is on the 2nd machine which is great! When a cycle is selected, the machine displays the maximum time to wash but after a few minutes, the machine reduces the washing cycle if the clothes are not very dirty. So mostly I have found the wash cycles to be much shorter than first displayed. It is important to remember to check the required temperature or everything will be washed in cold water. While rinsing, I noticed that the rinse time was being extended and realised that I have been using too much detergent for years! The option to add extra items after washing has started is quite revolutionary for a frontloader and it really does work!This washer takes only 1 kg more than my old one but the door opening is much wider and the barrel seems much larger so it is easier to put larger loads in and get them out. The reverse cycling prevents clothes becoming tangled so there is less tug and pull on items. I really appreciate the range of cycles. The 15 minute cycle is great for swimming clothes which only need a very quick small load wash. There are cycles for 1.5 kg, 2 kg, 4kg and 9kg that all use sensor wash so the amount of water and washing time is based on the dirt in the water. You can change the temperature and the spin speed to suit any fabric in these cycles. There is also a specific wool cycle. Plus there is the daily 60 minute cycle which takes 5.5 kg, max 40 degrees and has a 1400 rpm spin. This is not a sensor wash but is great when the items weigh between 4kg and 9 kg. The 1400rpm spin on this and the cotton cycle is also a great addition. It is the only noisy aspect of this washer but lasts just a few minutes and it gets a lot of excess water out of towels, sheets and stronger fabrics like jeans. One thing that can save electricity is washing a large load of mixed items including delicates in the the cotton cycle on a reduced spin speed and then after the cycle, remove the delicates leaving the thicker fabric items in the machine and then doing the 10 min 1400rpm spin. This is quicker and cheaper than washing two smaller completely separate cycles. There is a 1 hour rinse and spin cycle but I doubt I will ever use it. The addition of a tub clean cycle is a definite bonus as my previous washer would not do this as it only put in water based on the weight of the clothes. Very happy with this washer and it is already making my life easier. If you think the washer is noisy, call Electrolux, it shouldn't be.
Very happy with my washing machine purchase, As a washing machine is not something you want to replace often i went to the store to compare how they looked at felt. One of my major criteria was to purchase something not made in China which reduced the field to mainly premium products - In this company it was obvious the Electrolux was well made, with a generous opening door and easy action detergent draw, The whole machine felt quality. After using the machine for a few months i was pleasantly surprised by how much better it cleaned clothes than my previous 7 year old machine, and how quiet and free from vibrations the whole unit is. The large door makes the task of loading/unloading so much easier. I couldn't be happier with my new washing machine.

I bought this washer a few weeks ago after our top loader died suddenly. So after one night of internet research I came across the Electrolux 9kg washer. The online videos were very helpful in making a decision on this washer and since purchasing I can only say good things about it. It's our first front loader. It's easy to use, washes very well, is great for a delicate washing of knitwear and has a great capacity for a family of 4 with young kids. I love the child lock to prevent little fingers from pressing buttons whilst I'm washing and the vapour refresh mode is a game changer for wrinkly shirts etc. The ability to add clothes during the cycle is very handy too! It looks so great in the laundry. I love it and plan to pair it with the matching dryer.

My old machine could do this job in 1 hour and 40 minutes. And I couldn't see any differences. so I have had my new electrolux washing machine a month now an WOW factor is there, quite, clean, water saver, energy saver, looks sexy. I wish I went an bought this sooner I am more than happy with my new baby an i think the family do to the first day we got it the laundry was full off washing to do. An then after the first few washes the 3 kids bought out all there bedding out to do even there pillows.So if you are thinking of getting one off these stop an just go do it you wont regret it. An I cant wait to see my next power bill it's going it's going ok be so so so much less as I couldnt resist an I bought there new heat pump dryer too. They look so wicked together.
