I love love love this machine!!! Clothes go in and come out dry and ready to go away!! It's super quiet and efficient. Just what we need in today's busy world! And the best is no more spiders or bird poop on my clean washing! This machine is the BEST! And appliances on line were the best to buy from ... great price and amazing service

I bought this machine 2 months ago, used everyday or so (small children at home), and it has served us very well: clean, quiet, lots of features. However, you should consider putting it on top of a base unit. Otherwise, maintenance/cleaning is rather difficult.

Have had this machine since Christmas 2016. This is my 3rd washer/dryer combo & the best one yet!! Love that this machine gives you the option to choose lots of programs, option to choose the water temperature for each cycle, to choose difference times on how long you want to wash or dry for each cycle, I believe this can also be done when using washer/dryer in the same program, haven't tried this myself. Even the option to choose the spin for each cycle. Having the 9kg washer has been great, can easily wash double window curtains, blankets etc. Have used the dryer just to finish drying clothes off, which worked really well. Brilliant! Super modern and slick machine! I've been using this washing machine every day for 3 months and so far it has been an absolute dream to use and is beautifully presented with modern electronic buttons and very quiet, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and confident it's the best on the market! As i have a young baby i have a constant avalanche of soiled washing and the machine has been in use non stop since we bought it doing all sorts of clothing, blankets, toys, towels, playmats, etc, I've used a few of the different wash settings available including 'delicates' and 'mixed' and 'cottons' and all have been extremely thorough, there are more wash settings i haven't tried yet but it certainly has a wide range to choose from and I've found the ... MoreBrilliant! Really feels like an industrial quality machine, the door and parts feel sturdy and strongly connected to the machine, unlike other washing machines I inspected in the stores that felt very flimsy and cheaply made - this one is a winner.
Whilst washing, this machine is nice and quiet, but sitting on a wooden floor, its vibrations rattle the rafters when it hits the spin cycle.As standard cotton wash and dry cycle takes up to 9 hours
I've had the washer/drier for a month, so far I've found all of the wash cycles very good. The machine is very quiet, with the laundry door closed you cannot hear it.However when ever a combined wash/dry cycle is selected the clothes are still very damp afterwards
I've had the EWW14912 for 4 months now and I have nothing but praise for this appliance. It washes and dries faultlessly, its quiet, has loads of pre-set wash programs or can just manually choose any temp, spin speed or wash time and you automatically dry after washing, its just so easy to use. And it has a child lock :)Definitely recommend this!

I bought this washing machine about a month ago and it sits upstairs in my kitchen, it is so quiet and efficient, you hardly even know it is washing - the 18 minute cycle is fantastic. I have yet to use the dryer as the weather has been so hot.
