Gas lift struts did not work.They were siezed open and the rod would not retract.My gas struts have not been replaced by Fantastic Furniture and I had to continually followup regarding replacing them.I supplied the relevant documentation and I still waiting on whether or not the faulty gas struts will be replaced.Do I need to go to Fair Trading or A Current Affair???

It’s cheap for a reason. Squeaks when you move around on the bed, cannot lift it with my mattress as apparently it’s too heavy and it came damaged. Won’t be purchasing anything from store again as customer service was terrible.
The bed cloth/ fabric is not durable
The bed is sold as a storage bed, there is no storage base and the strap provided to open the base is weak and broke in first use itself.
The cloth is not durable . One has strut not working
The headboard was shorter than I thought it would be.The storage does not have a base board which means anything I want to store for under the mattress goes directly on the floor. Now have to buy containers
Zero stars. Its been 3 weeks since the first part of the bed was delivered and now im still missing a box and fantastic furniture has completely ignored me. I have no hydraulics, no slats and no foot of the bed. Dont bother to buy this bed bc you will never be able to sleep on it and Fantastic will ignore you.
