I was intimidated when I first received this product as it seemed there was a lot to learn and was scared to do anything wrong. After following all the instructions and quick start guide I had it up and running fairly quickly. It has a large water reservoir which is great for all the self-cleaning this machine does. It is so very simple to use and couldn't be happier. It has so many options for drinks. I love the container for the milk frothing which can go in the fridge between uses and love how easy it is to use. I love the how the grounds are collected and can be dumped and cleaned quickly. This machine now replaces several machines in my house having a separate coffee machine and specialty drink machine.

I am absolutely in love with this machine! The most challenging part for me was setting it up so my best advice for someone doing this- read the manual all the way through first. Everything is very clearly explained, but some points of setup are glossed over in the beginning steps and explained with more detail in later sections. I bought an Eletta ECAM 44.860 fully automatic coffee maker three months ago. Last week, I received a message about the need for descaling, and I started descaling using the EcoDecalk Descaler solution, and after 45 minutes, the descaling operation was completed successfully.Unfortunately, after the descaler is finished, the device's foaming function does not work properly.
