Pressing of buttons feel a bit cheap. Not like those keyboard feeling of pressing. Feels like you press ATM machine. Need some time to learn and know how to use. Material quality is decent and light. Made of 60% recycled materials, so it will feel cheap. and the cable USB C is attached to the stream deck. MADE IN TAIWAN. Delivery within 2 days. Work as expected.

I just started adding Elgato hardware to my setups to do a combination of work related tasks (not creator related), game capture and maybe test the waters with streaming. I first purchased a Stream Deck MK.2 (which got me hooked on their products) and when the Stream Deck NEO was announced, Drop was one only place that I could find that would ship to Canada (for cheap too).The main features that sets the Stream Deck NEO apart from the MK.2 are the touch-sensitive buttons (which save you from needing to use up a macro button or two for navigation (I haven't been able to find options to assign macros to those buttons though) and the small display screen situated between them. Awesome new Stream Deck

I was blown away by the quality given that it's made from recycled plastics. The new Touch Pads to change screens come in VERY clutch, and the info screen is a cool new touch. I loved how it worked right out of the box with my Mac AND PC and didn't require software to get going.

Compact and powerful

The Stream Deck Neo's design feels modernized. Easy to use and comes with some preset buttons out of the box, but definitely benefits from using the Stream Deck software to truly configure it to your liking. The touch points are easy to use and the infobar is nice to have.

Great addition to the Streamdeck line!

Bought this as a gift for my friend for his streaming setup. This is the perfect blend between their base model and larger model. The ability to swap between pages make this thing far better than a mini and not as expensive as a pro. You have the ability to assign any sort of function to the keys, and customization feels endless. All that is to say it is well worth the money, and a great value at that.

Just Amazing!

Got my hands on this little guy a few days ago and I couldn't love it more! It's the perfect product for someone who wants to get into streaming but doesn't want to invest tons of money yet! Functions are quick and precise. Design is incredible! A+.

Small enough for a home office

This is a great product for my home office. It replaced both a clock and a larger Stream Deck+ that will go to my office. Like all the Stream Deck line, it is easy to use and very practical. Not a fan of the attached cord and wish it came in black to mix more easily with the rest of Elgato's gear, but those are small concerns.

Streamdeck Neo Productivity

Elegato continues to be the benchmark. Far from being solely for gamers, this update to the Streamdeck is a productivity enhancement for users of all types. We use these in office to speed through tasks with just the push of a button. The Streamdeck also excels at tasks as diverse as Keynote and PowerPoint control, the applications for control and automation are diverse. The Neo controller adds the ability to page through presets and more with just a touch. Really like the addition of a user configurable display.

The Stream Deck Neo is a sleek and powerful device that allows me to manage multiple workflows with the touch of a button. It's also a great asset for livestreaming with the many shortcuts you can quickly (and easily) create within the software. 10/10 recommend for content creation and beyond!

Upgraded Stream Deck

Same Elgato software which is easy to use. "less" buttons but the touch to change pages makes it easy change without using an extra button.Only minor nit pick is I wish there were more options for the bar at the bottom which can easily be updated in the future if the devs choose to do so.I updated from my 5+ years old standard stream deck which still worked perfectly. Easy copy/paste from the old profile.I only had to adjust layout because of the smaller format.
