I have very long hair 39" and thick. I've always had trouble finding a conditioner that can keep up. One that will last the 4-6 days between shampoos, and I don't have to use 1/3 of the bottle every time. This one works amazingly well. My hair is soft, shiny, and moisturized even to the ends, for as many days as I need it to be. And the wonderful smell stays, too. It's worth the extra money. 10/10

A truly effective, nourishing conditioner but the scent ruins it!!!

This is really high quality "drugstore" conditioner. It made my hair really soft and healthy looking which is saying A lot because it has been so dry and damaged looking lately and no other conditioner has helped. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the scent - I really hate the scent - it is a very heavy, spicy floral. Some may like this type of scent but, I hate it. It actually makes me nauseous, it is so bad. It ruins this otherwise wonderful conditioner for me:(

BAD choice

DO NOT BUY. This conditioner is the only thing i have changed in my routine. I cannot for the life of me get this thick greasiness out. I have shampooed my hair at least 6 times and its not budging. I’m literally crying out of frustration. I have medium to thick hair. I’m a licensed cosmetologist. I know how to use hair products. I rarely purchase drug store brands but tik tok made me do this one and i fully regret it.

Before you cut off damaged hair - Try this RESCUE!

Wow! What a miracle working product!!!!! Lucky today - I found a hair product stocker young woman whose hair curls/ waves and texture ( and color) looked a lot like my hair. Her hair looked healthy I explained with advancing age, my hair became extremely frizzy and dry. I also have hair, about 6" long, growing back... I had lost hair after major surgery (3rd month after), then found biotin with collagen sublingual drops that saved my hair. ( I digress. It is on Amazon by Pure Research. Stopped hair loss immediately !) But my extremely straw like hair, almost to my waist, was starting to look like I just needed to cut it all off :-( This L'Oreal Elvive product- oh wow! About 3-4 squirts on each side of ny head on dry hair. Made my hair damp and I brushed it through. ... MoreWow! What a miracle working product!!!!! I had been using Pantene shampoo, conditioner, and deep treatment but it wasn't quite enough by itself post surgery. Add L'Oreal Elvive and now I have "hair model quality hair" again. This product is so great! Doing my happy dance!

Disappointed

I have been using L’Oréal’s hair products for 20+ years, never had a problem up until the past year. I’m not sure if Walmart doesn’t sell L’Oréal conditioner I used in the past or the product ingredients have been changed. I’m using the Elvive Hyaluron Plump Hydrating Conditioner and am so ready to throw this in the trash now!! I use a tiny bit and is like putting Vaseline in my hair, doesn’t rinse out well, leaves a greasy feeling and next day it smells, not good either. I am so done now with this product and extremely disappointed as I have used L’Oréal for many years. I used to recommend this too many people, not more.

Makes hair feel greasy

I have silkier hair texture; it had dry ends and tangles easily. I have highlights and have struggled to find a conditioner to hydrate my ends and untangle. THIS IS NOT IT! I rinsed thoroughly in my shower before bed. I air dried my hair well. I awoke to hair that still felt piecy like it was still wet. I brushed through it, and it was like brushing my hair when it’s greasy. It felt almost waxy, dirty, or geasy. I can’t use products that make my hair greasy, as I already have more oily roots. So I will not be buying this again. I cannot recommend.

My hair is much more manageable!

NO NO NO greasy, heavy, clumpy, crunchy hair

Greasy, heavy, crunchy TERRIBLE. Will never use again. Weighed down my hair and left it clumped, crunchy, and oily. Was very well rinsed, didn’t use much product, on very clean hair. No heat was used and allowed to air dry. Brushing didn’t help. Just rewatched with another shampoo and conditioner and I can still feel the texture from this conditioner. TERRIBLE

Silky smooth, %26 clean feeling hair

I was excited to try this new conditioner. Let me just say, it definitely didn’t disappoint! It left my hair feeling super hydrated, silky smooth, smelling awesome 🤩 %26 the best part?! This doesn’t leave my hair feeling %26 or looking oily! Idk why but lately I’ve been having this problem, after washing the next day my hair is like greasy 😭🤯 but I can say after using this product, I DID NOT have any complaints!! 🩷

Think again!

I bought this about a week ago from chemist warehouse for the first time and sad to say it’s been causing my hair to fall out which was never really the case for me with other hair conditioners. My hair is strong healthy and on the thicker side, this had caused so much healthy strands to come out I originally thought I was imagining it. But I’ve not seen the amount of baby hairs like I do have now in YEARS. I started it off w loving the Hyaluron shampoo 300mL to buying it in 700ml as well as later adding this conditioner in my regime. The shampoo in larger size is not as good as the smaller size either. Safe to say I will be removing this conditioner off my routine after I’ve only been using it for a few days.
