My Son bought me an Ember Travel Mug for Christmas, as he knows I hate to drink a luke warm Tea or Coffee, especially on my daily 60+ minute commute into London.Unluckily within 3-4 months of using my Travel Mug the "360 degree Leakproof Lid" inner seal sheared off, within a couple of hours of my reaching out to Ember Support, they promptly replied and after requesting for some information on the problem they had shipped a replacement lid to my home completely free of charge.I have worked in a Service Support industry for 40+ years and I can confidently say my interaction with Ember, both Products & Servicr Support has been nothing short of 1st Class.Thank you Ember

Most have complained of the initial price at first, but then all have said it is worth every hard earned penny within a few days.It's amazing how one's mood changes coming back to a cold coffee in a normal mug. Throwing it in a microwave for a 3rd time.This product literally puts me in a good mood in the mornings. No matter how many problems, interruptions, phone calls and disruptive scenarios; I always come back to coffee at the perfect temperature.Product is bliss.David from The Canary Islands.

I'm really disappointed with this mug. I haven't managed at all to connect to the app. I've tried everything. I keep getting the error 'we're having trouble connecting, please check internet connection ' There is nothing wrong with my Internet connection. I've even tried it on 4g. I've looked for answers online and many people have the same issues. I have a Samsung fold 3. Wish I'd never bought it
I’ve had this for over a rear now and leaving a review. Looking at all the negative comments is basic stuff like it won’t charge or it’s late delivery. This is rubbish. It’s held charge for over a year of using it. Delivery was via Apple. FAST. Never had one issue with the ember. I use it daily and it’s amazing. Well done Ember epic product for those who know how to use it
The mug itself is great: keeps my coffee at the perfect temperature for more than an hour, meaning I never have to worry about it going cold. Unfortunately, the coaster is terrible: one of the pins gets stuck down after a few months of use, preventing charging. I've had two so far, both broke quickly, and now I'm using a bit of kitchen foil to bridge the connection because I resent paying over the odds for yet another one. Ember should really offer a subscription coaster service so we always have a supply! The Bluetooth connection isn't stable either, making the app basically worthless, but fortunately that doesn't matter as much.
Got gifted this as a birthday present, and has to be up there as one of the best presents! It took a bit of figuring out what I wanted my perfect tea temperature to be, but now I have it pre-set to my specific tea and it's amazing! Never have to worry about my tea going cold at work!

So I'd like to just update my experience with ember. My previous review was as bitter as over heated black coffee. I was frustrated and angry. Since then I've been in contact with ember via twitter and they have both assured me that the app is being worked on for use by the blind and they resolved my coaster issue. This was all done very rapidly and very politely.I've upped my rating here as the business is a delight, helpful and understanding. I still think the design of the mug could do with some work as I can see the same issue of rusting of the pins happening again which seems like a design flaw. Mine is the older black ceramic design but I don't think the principle has changed with the more modern design.In conclusion, a great product in that it fills a ... received this mug as a xmas present and use it daily at work. Love the look of it but... now it does not work and fails to charge the battery even if it is on the charger pad all day. Cold coffee for me from now on.Don't think id invest in another if it fails within a year of purchase.
