So the first time I had this, I mixed it with a big glass of water and struggled to get it down. It definitely helped my cold, but wasn't the greatest tasting. Because of it's benefits, I decided to try it again. This time, I mixed the packet with only about 1/8-1/4 cup of water and it was very potent. I took it almost like a shot and it went down easily - It also tasted much better! Take it before you start feeling ill to keep yourself from getting sick!

I think the pink lemonade flavor is the easiest to drink and take daily without wanting to spit it out. My little brother claims that when he takes this he feels rejuvenated with energy. I don't really ever feel the energy boost, but apparently it's there. If you’re looking for a simple way to boost your immune system then this is definitely the way to do it. Kids think it is just a fun drink and with the pink lemonade flavor it’s not hard to get down. The Emergen-C Pink Lemonade packets are a great boost to any immune system. I was taking these and I was beginning to feel a little sluggish and they boosted me up. The first thing I would note is the refreshing taste. The pink lemonade flavor was very good. I will say, you need to get your ratio figured out, it says mix with 4 to 6 oz of cold water, the first night I did about 8 because I wasn’t paying attention, it tasted very watered down. The next few nights I played with the ratio and found I get a nice refreshing taste right in the 5 to 6 oz range and then I add ice. Pink Lemonade Emergen-C is delicious. The quality is excellent. Since I started taking it regularly, I am less prone to colds and cough. It’s a very good immunity booster. The size of 9.1g is just right for 4-6 oz of water. And 1000 mg ofVitamin C has helped me become more healthy. I will order again when I need to replenish my supply.

Makes you feel awake & alert not like you want to bounce off the walls

I was pleasantly surprised by this product! I decided to try it on a day that I was exhausted and coffee just wasn't doing the trick. The flavor was extremely mild & pleasant making it very easy to drink. In addition, I felt more awake than I had all day even after 2 cups of coffee as opposed to my regular 1. The best part was that I didn't have any weird side effects. I'm always hesitant to try anything that claims to give you energy as I am very susceptible to "drug" side effects (i.e. I felt like my heart was going to explode after taking half a Vivarin one-time). No such feeling after drinking this product, I honestly just felt awake & alert. I even used it right away again the next day. This might help me kick my morning caffeine addiction. Considering partial vitamin B complex is one the ingredients, the taste is still good. Tangy and not overly sweet. Doesn’t bother my stomach. Emergency-C is packaged into individual packets, and the box size is one of the best values for quality electrolytes.
