I had my first pre-loaded drink today before my work out. The taste was refreshing and yummy. I turned on music, putting on my training shoes... Within 10-15 minutes, I started feeling this intense tingly sensation on my forearms. I’ve never felt this before and I checked for any rashes, but nothing. The sensation spread to my face and my legs. I don’t have any allergies or intolerance to any food. I followed and only had one scoop as directed on the packaging. I would suggest if you are a newbie like me to try this product, it might be best to reduce the powder to 1/4 tea spoon…

Delicious and great workout every time.

I got this as a free sample. The dude warned me that it’s pretty strong and probably get tingles but don’t be alarmed if happens. I’m like I’m all tingle out these days as my body just use to pre work out . The taste was nice and smooth. Gave me a buzz, it was a good pre work out but didn’t give me the tingles…. I recommend it

Cant recommend anything else, Pre Load ticks all boxes and even better when mixed with Pre Pump.

Have been taking this stack for a little over two weeks now. Such a great combo and am loving emerald labs! Will be my new go to! Flavour is great. Easy to drink and not too sweet! Love this!

I tried the citrus clash flavour and was immediately impressed as I have been quite disappointed with the flavour of most pre-workouts. Through my workout I was extremely impressed with the pump it gave me and i use it every day now.
