I bought one of these to try, might have been a bundle perhaps, and it is most certainly NOT my favourite thermogenic daily kickstarter.Importantly, the contents are OK, so really it could by a 5*. I have this concentrated, to down it quickly and then rinse with a glass of water.I enjoy almost all food and drinks in existence, except witlof and spirulina, and now I found this icypole flavour to add to the list.Honoustly??? it is quite OK, fit for purpose.

I bought this bundle, as it was on special for the same price as buying the Pre-Shred alone..Shaker does its job, doesn't leak and is really aesthetically pleasing (I got the rainbow emerald labs one).I went for the Honeydew melon flavour of pre-shred, as I asked customer service which flavours were not overly sweet. Its still sweet but nothing compared to other brands I've used in the past. It definitely helps with focus and energy levels throughout the day. And no jitters or anything like that.Yet to try the L-Carnitine.Highly recommend, thanks Elite Supplements :)

Customer service was so accomodating)Pros-- Feel energised all day. No after lunch crash.- Blue Crush was a great balance of sweet and sour.- Shaker didn't leak- Great priceCons-- Blue Crush turned mouth blue. Not ideal when taking first thing in the morning before work- No measurements on shaker (not that big of a deal but preferred)I have reordered the Melon one to try. In the meantime will try diluting Blue Crush.

I can feel that this works when I take it, but the taste(blue crush) is horrible. I'm autistic, so sensory stuff is a big deal for me, and drinking this is torture but I like the effects so I persist.I don't taste the flavor, I taste everything else in it and yeah...Only taking 1 star off for the taste, the product is great!
Wow! Prior to taking the Pre-Shred the only pre-workout I had tried was Oxyshred and my body developed a tolerance to it over time. Pre-Shred gave me so much energy and such a buzz, even for longer gym sessions. I definitely noticed the thermogenic effect and was considerably more sweaty during work-outs as well as having a reduced appetite through-out the day. The Watermelon flavour wasn't sickly sweet but has a funny texture(?) even when shaken well with lots of water. The tablets and shaker were a great bonus, the shaker is very large not usual size but is great and doesn't leak. Recommended!
I love the Blue Crush, even though it’s a shade of blue that defies nature. It’s delish and gives a good boost. Just make sure you eat before you take this, whenever I’ve had it on an empty stomach before a morning workout it has caused me to have bright blue ***** within 15 minutes of drinking it! Lesson learned - this isn’t suitable for an empty stomach like other brands such as oxyshred are
I love this bundle, great value for money, shaker looks awesome and doesn’t leak.I am really regretting my flavour choice though….I chose Icy Pole flavour and it’s the most disgusting pre workout I’ve tried. It’s described as “lemony”, it has the same smell as lemon scented toilet cleaner and although I’ve never ***** lemon scented toilet cleaner I image it tastes like this. Definitely recommend not purchasing the Icy Pole flavour
Have been taking the pre shred in the bubble gum grape flavour a bit sweet but i love it. I take 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Gives me a great energy boost without the jitters like some of the fatburners ive used before. I have lost 3kgs so far but i have also changed my eating habits and walk 5ks daily
I was a bit sceptical at first when I brought this flavour, as I usually buy the honey melon dew. If your expecting it to taste like cottees green cordial as I was, well you will be disappointed, but in saying that it taste like the green zooper dooper and the first one you have is a bit strong. But adding an extra bit of water to it taste better. I'm now on my third scoop and it taste amazing. Definitely tastes like a green zooper dooper. This one and honey dew melon are my two favourites.
