Blue crush is a great flavour (similar to blue Powerade). I’ve been combining pre shred with Emerald Labs carnitine plus and L-carnitine capsules and am seeing results. Obviously needs to be combine with some sort of physical activity but it is really tasty and seems to be working well.

Absolutely love this pre-shred especially the pineapple splice flavour, so delicious! I do realise though I get the sweetness palette all day which I have noticed I didn’t have cravings for sweetness, more so opt for savoury or crunching on fresh veg like capsicum or cucumber. That’s great for my weight loss goals

Previously had the watermelon snow cone flavour and wanted to try something different. This tastes exactly like the small Coke bottle lollies you would get as a kid! Nostalgic, great taste and seems to be doing what it says it'll do. Been using this of a morning for the last week before going for a run. Will see how the effects are in a another couple.

It works! This product gives me lots of energy, a better mood, and is non-stim compared to some of the other preworkouts I use. I think it actually helps me eat less too. For flavors- watermelon is good but a bit sweet (it’s a bit sickly early in the morning but you get used to it), the icy pole to me tasted how bog cakes smell (ended up throwing away bc hated chugging it and how chemically it tasted), but the MELON one is so tasty and I’ll be buying it again 100%. I never write reviews but I’m pretty happy with the outcome so if you’re on the fence I’d say try it out but probs avoid icy pole flavor.

I tried this instead of EHP labs or ghost which are my preferred. I had the blue crush, it affected my digestive system I tried persevering thinking it would come right - almost finished the tub with no improvement. Taste was good, energy was good. I don't think it agrees with me 🥴

Best Greens ever!

I bought this as I work in child care and need that extra boost of immunity as well as to help with digestion.I have take this for around a month now and I have not been bloated once. I have more energy. I don't need to be worried about illnesses going around at work because I don't catch anything anymore. Just bought my second tub and will be a repeat buyer of this product for the forseeable future.I enjoy taking this greens with my coffee with my collagen powder as well. add a shot of coffee and some milk of your choice and give it a wiz in a portable blender or protein shaker.... DELICIOUS!

Bubblegum Grape vs Icy Pole

More like Bubblegum Great amirite? One of the tastiest pre-workouts I've ever had, and almost exactly like an old Hubba Bubba Grape. Gives a good pump of energy and makes for an effective workout.Icy Pole on the other hand, just didn't hit the mark and honestly the taste just wasn't great. I'm 25 serves down on the Grape, and I've only had 2 Icy Pole and can see it eventually going to waste.

Honeydew melon preshred

I absolutely love this flavour I have tried other flavours in the past but this one tops it all. It's great and gives me the energy I need even if I don't do a work out that day and I feel sluggish I take this and it perps me up. Highly recommended. I've tried other pre shreds in the past and I get a reaction or it just doesn't work for me. I'm happy I've found this.

I bought one of these to try, might have been a bundle perhaps, and it is most certainly NOT my favourite thermogenic daily kickstarter.Importantly, the contents are OK, so really it could by a 5*. I have this concentrated, to down it quickly and then rinse with a glass of water.I enjoy almost all food and drinks in existence, except witlof and spirulina, and now I found this icypole flavour to add to the list.Honoustly??? it is quite OK, fit for purpose.
