It's disappointing that these ZMA's aren't working will go hunting tomorrow for ones that do work currently averaging 4 hours sleep waking up with bad headaches

Bought this to help me get a better night sleep and aid recovery. Seems to be helping and just reordered.
I am using ZMA with Sleep Aid (from the same company) and Ashwagandha before I go to bed. I get a good solid 6 hours sleep most nights (better than mainstream relaxants). Usually wake thirsty and it takes about 10 minutes to shake the sleepiness off. Haven't experimented yet to see which one is the best on it's own. Did try with the Ashwagandha but sleep pattern was intermittent. Loving the combo though.
