I've been through several iterations of these "short" grappling shorts. This latest version so far has been the best in terms of material quality, features, and look. You have the short inseam, the no-slip grip around the waist, and good quality fabrics.I'm 5'9" 158 lbs, athletic thighs, and the XS was a good fit, although I think S could've worked as well.Highly recommend giving these a shot if you're looking for good nogi shorts.
