It tastes more like medicine than tea, which isn't bad if you really suffer from sleep deprivation but just to drink it before bed to enjoy the taste isn't possible because it has a very heavy herbal taste and some sense of bitterness. Maybe someone would like it but it;s just like any of the herbal medicines for treating sleep disorders and not like a drink to relax.
