I was apprehensive about trying any kind of digestive enzymes as I tried a well known brand from Whole Foods. Every time I took them, they made my stomach ache. Every time! After going through a few months of repeated heartburn, a colleague recommended I try these chewable enzymes. I researched natural solutions for heartburn and it made sense to me that my body may not be digesting food well enough. I try to chew 1-2 tablets with meals and I feel like it helps reduce the issues I have with heartburn, long with eating a healthy diet. These are tasty, not chaulky or gross. They dissolve fast and are not gritty. I recommend these to anyone who could benefit.

After having a gallbladder removal 6 months ago, I noticed an intolerance to many foods. A neighbor suggested enzymes. Since I dont like to swallow big capsules or pills, I chose the chewable type. They taste so good! Like an orange sweet tart, but better! And, they work if you take them before or after meals. Love them, and Im grateful I can eat forbidden foods again!

A effective composition of all the enzymes needed to support a smooth digestion of all kinds of foods and to promote gut health.Personally, I would have preferred capsules instead of chewable tablets, because of the orange flavor (that tastes okay, but isn’t very pleasant to take in right before lunch or dinner)
I really enjoy Enzymedica products and especially their Digest Gold! This didnt seem to work as well but is convenient as a chewable. Will try another time but may not repurchase
This is probably the best chewable digestive enzyme for an adult. The taste is pretty good and easy to take.The major downside is that it is expensive for the enzymes you get. The easy solution is to buy a capsule form, break open the capsule, and mix into your food.
I use several Enzymedica Enzymes for various gastro issues. This brand is made with excellent quality ingredients in an effective balance of ingredients. Having a chewable version adds a very effective, quick way to stem my nausea.
Enzymedica is a wonderful company, I have never tried a product I have not liked from them! This product is great for constipation, improving digestion and stomach issues. I think it helps me get more vitamins from my food too. The taste is good. I definately recommend this one, try it you'll like it!
the composition it somewhat mediocre compared to other chewable Enzymedica on iHerb, but I bought it for trying. the taste is what puts me off from taking them. Quality could be better of the ingredients.
My husband and I always like to have a bottle of these enzymes on hand for any time we may over eat and reap the consequences or for the occasional bloated feeling after a meal. These work really fast and just do the trick. Much more effective than other chewable enzymes and definitely more effective than papaya enzymes.
