Untrained users like to hold the mic at their collarbone and not close to their mouth, and certainly not in a performance like position where the mic is parallel to the ground. Its a good mic but not for what I need it to be.

Great headset for travelling. It goes in my backpack and I wear it on the plane, using the aux cable direct to the Qantas entertainment system. When I land I can use it via the bluetooth to my work laptop for my Zoom/Teams meetings. Then when I get home I use it via the USB cable on my home PC to communicate with people on Discord.Only complain is that the ear pads are a big small and I have a big head/large ears so long sessions can get a bit sore.Great product.

Best headphones I've ever owned. Dog barks nobody hears it. Use countless hours a day and battery does great. Only have to charge every other day. They are very comfortable and have a great sound quality. Would definitely reccommend.
The mic only works when directly against your mouth in a lateral position, ie. not if its held upright. Untrained users like to hold the mic at their collarbone and not close to their mouth, and certainly not in a performance like position where the mic is parallel to the ground. Its a good mic but not for what I need it to be.

And when i came to decide on getting a new equivalent with Bluetooth 5 capabilities, this Adapt model has following pros/cons . Pros 1. Passive noise cancellation is better due to Over-the-ear design versus Jabra Evolve 75's on-the-ear 2. Use usb-c ports for charging versus micro usb for Jabra 3. Much better music playback sounds 4. boomless mic works as well as Evolve 75 in cancelling out noise for the conference call listener on other end 5. I was looking for a pair of headphones that could be compatible with Teams and after making some research I found these. They are very cool and I like that they are comfortable to use. At first, I have a little trouble to understand how to use the bottons but after a quick search in Google I was able to understand how to use the options integrated. I can move freely around the room while talking. I'm glad that they will be useful not only with the computer but also with my cellphone. And the sound cancellation option is great!
Love these - once I set them up they're legit and I can use them with my laptop and phone seemlessly. The sound quality is also nice.
Pros: You can answer calls on Teams remotely. You do not have to use the computer to answer the call. It was okay fitting, I do like the over the ear. Cons: Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE told me it sounded like I was in a wind tunnel. Nothing I could do would fix it. Needless to say I returned them. Being able to answer the call was the only function I liked about this headset.
USB Bluetooth provided makes this a plug in and use it right away. Connects and is usable with PC at the same time with IP phone.
