This printer is amazing. Great print quality, good inks. I haven't had it long enough to know how efficient it is yet but from the reviews I read before purchasing, it's meant to be very efficient. My only hangup about it Is that it does not have a scanner. Seems to be standard on most other printers so it doesn't make sense that this does not have one.

Brilliant printer considering the budget and features. At this price point the only additional feature I would like is a scanner, but its not a deal breaker. Print quality is excellent and relatively quick. Absolutely love the larger ink tanks and the cost per print. For us the printer gets used and abused for periods and then may sit idle for some time. I have been led to believe the ink tanks will not evaporate like the old cartridge type, but time will tell! Very appealing small footprint for a home that doesn't want a printer to dominate their environment.

This printer is rubbish. Extremely cheaply made, despite the substantial price. I have not had a single acceptable print from it. Every print has blotches and blank streaks, despite performing maintenance. I thought I was saving money by buying ink tanks, but I will have to buy a whole new printer if I need a basic quality of print.
I purchased this printer to use at home over the COVID-19 isolating. I like the features such as refillable ink, extremely easy and not messy at all. I will be interested to see how long the ink lasts, apparent two years.Only draw back on this printer is that is does not print double sided so you have to print pages 1,3,5 etc and turn them over manually and reprint 2,4,6. This takes a bit of getting used to and a little extra time so I do avoid printing larger documents.Quality of paper will likely make a difference to the colour printing also, I purchased recycled unbleached paper and the colour comes out rather dull (not such an issue for me).

HIDDEN GEM - I've got 2 of this printer at home - 1 for normal, everyday use that I bought for 400 AUD and another 1 for sublimation printing I bought for 500 AUD. A sublimation printer normally costs around 2,000 AUD or even more, so I got the best deal for my small print-on-demand business. It's a not-so-well-known secret that I got to find out somehow, and I am so glad I did. The only catch is that stocks for this printer seem to disappear so quickly, so take your chance if you get to find one.
Have had this printer for a coupple of weeks now and the print quality it better than I thought it would be. Have been printing so much and would have gone through multiple cartridges on my old printer. The only thing I didn't like was that it has no wifi. I should have looked closer when I bought it so it's not the printers fault. One day I'll get one that does have wifi and I'll give this one to the kids and they can print like never before. Would I tell someone to buy one of these little beauties? Yes!
But the main reason I purchased this was for the refillable ink, it’s so easy to refill the ink containers inside the printer - this is brilliant, and all printers should have this function.Why this printer doesn’t have a scanner is too strange. I had to buy a second print out for the scanner. Also, it is 2020 -tablets have been around for ages and it’s strange that this printer (nor the second Epsom printer I purchased) - both do not have Wi-Fi connectivity and or Bluetooth functionality for tablet printing, otherwise known as ‘Air printer.’ It’s good that the power function button is at the front of the printer, which can be accessed from office chair. When printing envelopes the front tends to smudge at the end but overall the printing is good.
This product states "printing freedom for the whole family" and yet it does not have wifi. what printer does not have wifi these days? I assumed it was included and extremely disappointed to see the fact that it required a USB connect (AND NOT EVEN A CABLE SUPPLIED) buried in the detail. Unfortunately I only realised this once I had filled up the ink tanks and commenced the software install. This looks like a great printer and the EcoTank models are a great idea, but I am extremely disappointed as it certainly doesn't have printing freedom for the whole family like it advertises - completely false advertising when it only connects to one computer by a cable.
I purchased my eco printer to save money and because it has refillable bottles that's even better. And less waste going to the tip. that is very important to me. I love how the tanks are refillable. And if the multi eco printer was not so expensive I would of purchased that. When they do come down in price I will certainly be purchasing the eco multi printer. I recommend to all my friends, fantastic product.
