I received a sample of this and was looking forward to trying it as heard lots about it. However, I was somewhat underwhelmed. It went on well enough and the smell was ok. It was also easy to remove after the suggested time. My skin felt soft afterwards and, although I didnt notice any immediate results, I figured that it would need a couple of days of use to notice a difference. But the next morning, my skin was a little patchy and had broken out in a few small spots. I have been reluctant to use it again.

Lovely if you want make yourself relax for 10-15mins - once you’ve gotten over the red colour! I only had a small sachet as a sample so it’s difficult to comment fully but I didn’t really notice anything different. Was a bit tingly while it worked so I’m hoping this was because it was helping to exfoliate rather just irritation. I wouldn’t buy this as a full price product. It didn’t wow me and for the price I’d want a bit more bang for my buck. The results may be better with regular use but I would risk it for the price point. Sorry but not for me.

I don't get this product at all.Thankfully tried as a sachet as buying this would have been a disaster. The consistency was good enough but there was no real fragrance and I was particularly alarmed by the colour. It is a bright red with shimmer for some reason and when applied looks most ridiculous! What I found most frustrating was when washing it off with a muslin cloth, it left a huge red stain which is still there 4 washes later! It offered next to no results so I am not sure what the point of this product is.

I absolutely love this facial mask. Firstly the texture is so different that the other products I've been using. It looks like pepper puree. It feels so good on the skin and leaves it more vibrant and healthy looking. The mask is easy to remove. Recommend it for tired and dull skin to bright it up.
I really enjoy using this mask, and noticed a difference in brightened skin after the first use. I have since repurchased it and am now on my second bottle because I didn't find another mask could brighten my skin as much as this. I find it leaves my skin soft and even in tone, It is a very bright red coming out of the tube though so don't let that alarm you!
My skin is sensitive so I was a bit careful when I got this sample with the cosmetics I ordered from Space NK, but there was nothing to worry about! The color is very strong and you will look like you are wearing Halloween mask, but after washing it off you will be very pleased with the effect. After just one application, you will notice the difference. The face was shining! My skin was perfectly smooth and clean. Perfect preparation before applying a sheet mask or rich serum. Erborian is one of my favorite brands. I love Korean skincare.
I received a sample of this product. I did enjoy applying the product which is a bright red paste. My skin felt soft after using but the effects were brief and my skin was no different than usual the following day. I didn’t noticing any particular brightening effect, but my skin was in pretty good condition when I used this, so maybe it works better for those who need a bit more brightening.
Feels nice and refreshing as a mask, but also soothes which I wasn't expecting. The texture is soft and velvety as described. Skin feels softer and more refined after. The colour is an amusing shock initially, like you've smeared tomato paste across your face however that also makes it very satisfying to wash off. Doesn't irritate my sensitive skin and doesn't worsen my acne, so bonus points for that.
I liked using this mask because of its bright red color, like applying tomato paste. It does not sting and immediately after use the skin is soft, velvety, nourished. But I did not see any more lasting and dramatic effect. Just a normal mask, fun to use.
I tried this mask after purchasing the milk version. Although I prefer the milk one, this one is still nice. I love the bright colour and my skin looks refreshed after using it. It feels all good on my sensitive skin. I could imagine this being nice to use in the summer months.
