You only get a few contact points on your bike, so its important to get the right grips, pedals, and seat. Ergon products arent cheap but in my experience they're worth every penny! This saddle was what Ergons calculator reccommended on their website and its the perfect size and aleviates the issues I inputted to there. Its my favorite saddle I've tried to date!

Once adjusted and properly sized, saddle is everything its claimed to be. Pressure reliving and comfortable. No numbness as with other saddles I have had, even with those that have cut outs in the frame for pressure relief. I have ridden in shorts that were not padded for cycle use, same pressure relief as padded shorts, just not QUITE as comfortable as having padded shorts. I DO wish there was a cover with Kevlar on the rear sides and nose for durability, but time will tell how well the microfiber cover will hold up. Overall construction seems great.

Having had a fair amount of experience cycling (I've ridden LEJOG and Channel to Med across France) I can honestly say this is the most uncomfortable saddle I have ever sat on. I tried it twice then took the thing off. It's like sitting on a piece of wood. This, despite using Ergon's fitting guide. Would have given 0 stars, but seems not to be possible.

Makes my orbea rise look really smart, ups the profile of the whole bike. Feels very good quality, ergonomic design which supports the right parts of my anatomy... probably slightly less padded than I expected. But generally cannot complain.
This saddle was a nice upgrade for me. It was easy to install, the ergonomics and contouring suit me very well (6'1" 185 lbs), and it feels very supportive and sturdy. I don't like gear that's pricey with no explanation, so Ergon really nailed it with the pricing and quality of the SM Sport saddle.
Really like this saddle for mountain biking. Obviously saddles are very subjective, but this one works well for my body in the context of the mountain bike. Tried it on the gravel bike but I didn't like it for that. Too narrow, too much pressure in the center line when I'm leaned forward in a more aggressive riding position.
My previous favorite was the Specialized Avatar, which they haven't made in years. This one is better. Done a few 6+ hour rocky hardtail mtb rides on it so far; it's a winner. Nice wide sit platform, the ti rails give a bit, just the right amount of padding, etc. My back and backside are both happy with this one, and I'll be taking it on my next AZTR attempt.
Swapped out my WTB Silverado Team saddle for this Ergon SM Sport. The seat is a fair bit heavier than the WTB, but the relief on certain pressure points while riding is worth the extra weight. I completed the sizing tutorial, and that suggested I buy this specific seat, which gives a lot of confidence when purchasing.The saddle is a lot comfier for a longer duration than my previous saddle, yet after 20+ miles, there is still an ache in the buttocks, but not at least in the perineum.
Bought this saddle to replace the uncomfortable stock saddle that came with my mountain bike. No regrets. Very comfortable saddle. I was able to ride comfortably for a much longer duration of time. Be sure to go to the Ergon website in order to figure out what size saddle you should buy.
I like this one a bit more than my Fizik Aliante saddle. I needed a replacement after the bike tipped over and the saddle snapped in the center. Comfortable saddle, solid construction. It's a bit grippy which is ok depending on what you are riding with. Avoid anything that has a loose fit. You may find yourself trying to find placement in the saddle when you come off
