The 0.2 TOG rating makes the Pyjama's a light layer and are slim fit to ensure comfort when wearing underneath a sleeping bag, or on their own in a big bed with blankets. Natural fibres are better for sleeping for the simple reason they are breathable, and help your little one regulate their temperature overnight.
