Absolutely an astounding addition to my weight room it takes up zero room was easy to install and gives me tremendous versatility and viewing areas while working out and or doing work.

The LX was easy to set up. It's rock solid with a large and somewhat heavy (18 lbs.) display. I thought the installation booklet could have been written more clearly, but the monitor arm itself is just about perfect.

There are two kinds of these vertical adjust wall mounts. One uses gas cartridges and the other (like this one) is spring-loaded. My guess and hope is that spring-loaded arms would last a lot longer than gas carts. For that, we'll have to wait a few years down the road to find out. My bet is on the spring loaded arms, though. Other than that, these arms are nicely put together and, once adjusted via the standard hex wrench-work pretty smoothly. I like that you can use the extension arm or can dispense with that if you don't need the long reach (or extra horizontal adjustability). What I need to get used to is that the arms slide onto the "pin" of wall mount and are held there strictly by gravity. There's no mechanical lock to keep it in place.
