Some of the reviews said it was wobbly or sagged, but those people probably didn’t read the instructions, as there are several screws for adjusting the tension of the arms. Once all the tension screws were adjusted and leveling screws tightened, this thing is rock solid.

Great monitor stand, with a lot of flexibility, customizable, and easy to install. Some dampening material on the joints and monitor attachments would help with minor vibration through the desk.
Spent hours assembling. Still not working as advertised. Installation and adjustment instructions lack clarity. Still hoping that I can make it work.

I really like the monitor stand but would make two recommendations. 1) one of the required assembly tools is a 10mm socket wrench. If you are purchasing this item as an individual, that is not necessarily something you have. It would be helpful if that connection could be replaced with an Allen key adjustment. 2) the pieces that mount directly to the monitor swivel up and down but not side to side. When mounting a monitor vertically, there doesn't appear to be any way to tilt the monitor inward in relation to the horizontal monitor.
quality product, well built, I love the way it mounts to my desk. Wish the adjustments for the monitors were more adjustable, but it works!
