The design of the product is good and the components are high quality. The unit came with everything needed to install including tools. I now have several Ergotron products in my workspace. Since I spend so many hours there each day I appreciate having the quality and flexibility that Ergotron provides.

There's no question to the quality of this product. It's incredibly robust and well made. VERY strong and steady. However it has one point of potential failure for some use cases. The range of motion is fairly limited. Positioning monitors the way it looks in the pictures is not easy or possible in some cases. The tilt is terrible. It tilts very far back but not forward. So if you do manage to get one positioned hi up, you cant tilt it down to face you properly. I would only recommend this product if you have small monitors and a shallow desk so the arms dont have to reach far, and only if you don't need particularly interesting positioning. Cable management is clunky too, the covers you have to remove to run cables are very difficult to remove and replace. And ... MoreThere's no question to the quality of this product.
