It's perfect for what we need
The materials of the product were quality. However, I needed it to reach out further so I had to return it.
With its available extension and under $250 price tag, this product is hard to beat. After searching online for months, I finally found this item. It was not only the best price with the best features, it was avaiilable with free shipping to the store in my area. Although you will find it for just under $200 on sites like Amazon, the shipping will make it cost more than Walmart. With the added luxury of a generous 90 day return policy, what do you have to lose? It is astonishing to me that you are not ordering this product right now. Go, now! ORDER:)
The arm unit is sturdy and moves to nearly every position you could possibly need. The mouse tray seems a bit flexible. If you have heavy handed people using it, it could be a problem. The keyboard base is sturdy and seems to be holding up well. This is a great product if you are needing to use it occasionally and then it can be tucked away. If you are planning on using it everyday, all day, you may have issues with the mouse tray. It seems flexible but ours has not broken and still slides in and out easily. We purchased the first one and it works so well for us that we purchased a second to make more improvements to our work stations.

The design flaw could have easily been fixed by including a "swivel" or "rotate" joint, which the MONITOR arm they make DOES have, but this KEYBOARD arm does NOT have. I am considering making this modification myself at some point, but for now, just mounting it at a slight angle has made this arm usable for me.
