I've only ever had cheap whey protein supplements from Chemist Warehouse before trying Amino Z...and ho boy, I've been missing out all my life.The cheap stuff I used to drink would leave a lot of undissolved stuff even after you give it a vigorous shake/stir/jerk in your mixer but Amino Z's WPI completely dissolves easily in water ensuring all the goodness ends up in your body, not at the bottom of your bottle.I decided to try Iced Chai Latte on my first go thinking it would taste unbearable as it had the third most protein content per 100g in the lineup, with unflavoured being the one with the most protein per 100g. I have used a many pre-workout products. My favourites comes in Red tubs and is a popular brand. I tried optimum Nutrition feeling it is a trusted brand and as such their product will be reliable. Well this stuff... I take it about 30 - 40 minutes prior to workout and then workout for about 60 mins. I always workout at 10 AM ...Firstly their is no tingle... Like none. Their is no pump - NONE. Their is no energy - NONE, in fact it makes me feel the opposite... totally exhausted and broken whilst trying to work out. This isn't the review of one bad day I have used it for weeks, and compared with and without. It mixes very easily with water in any shaker flask, no need to blend or even mix with a spoon, just place it in and shake. After quitting the gym (I know, I know, I just heard you eye roll!) I had some left but I use it when I'm a little lethargic and need energy to do house chores. I can hear body builders weeping right now. I have recently purchased myself a spin bike and Kettle bells and can not wait to beast it with the help of Amino Acids, which I will be purchasing more of in the near future. This particular product has kept well over months in it's well sealed jar and still tastes exactly the same as when I purchased it. It is one of my favourite flavoured supplements! The lack of the 5th star is purely because I do feel that whilst BCAAs are expensive anywhere you purchase them, I feel this is slightly more expensive than it needs to be to be competitive. Not much though and it is a quality product. I would definitely recommend this to others.

I purchased this and love it it mixes well and a perfect size not too big and not too small also has the mls on the bottle which is very helpful and easy to mix.I also purchased the black storage bottle which keeps the product fresh and is also a good size for storage and it doesn't take up too much room.The ice coffee Whey protein isolate is absolutely delicious everyone should give all these things a go! I received the Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Powder in Juicy Strawberry Burst complimentary through Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I have tried several other brands of powder drink mixes, and this by far is the best tasting one I have tried. This comes with a small measuring cup so there is no guess work in the amount needed. After scooping the product into a glass, I poured cold water in and mixed it with a spoon for about 30 seconds. My only caveats are that I wish that they published lab test results for ALL their flavours (Cinnamon Icing's results aren't published) and would disclose exactly what the "Flavours" are on their ingredients list, as I find this a little ambiguous and I like to know exactly what I'm putting into my body. Other than that I'm a happy convert to AminoZ and looking forward to trying other flavours!

WPI overall is a great quality product with good value

You can't go wrong with the Amino Z WPI product range. We have purchased many different flavours and they have done a really good job developing great tasting WPI formulations. Natural ingredients such as Himalayian pink salt and Thaumatin, a natural sweetener is a thoughtful decision to avoid the use of artificial or strange tasting sweeteners. The WPI mixes readily and is easy to drink. It also goes great with milk and greek yogurt to help hit my protein intake. Amino Z are also continually improving their product presentation. The new packaging has improved the zipper to reduce breakages. I also appreciate that Amino Z are continuing to deliver great value by offering deals throughout the year.
