*Important Product Notice* A new regulation relating to the labelling of allergens is being introduced in Australia and New Zealand. The aim of the new regulation is to improve allergen information by presenting the prescribed allergens in plain English, creating a consistent and easily understood format across food labels that makes it easier for consumers to read and understand. A key change due to this regulation is that Tree Nuts can no longer be used as a catch-all phrase, rather labels must be more specific on the type of tree nut. Labels must state the exact tree nut contained in the product e.g. almond, Brazil nut, cashew, hazelnut, macadamia, pecan, pine nut, pistachio, walnut. There will be some further adjustments relating to additives and processing aids derived from allergenic materials. These must be declared in bold type within the ingredient listing and also captured in the Contains statement after the list of ingredients. During the transition to comply with this new regulation (3-year transition + 2-year sell-through period), you may notice changes to our label layout and the way allergens are listed on the labels of our products and many other products on the Australian and New Zealand marketplace. Get yours in over 15 flavours, with delicious favourites including Blue Raspberry and Watermelon.

I came to my protein after seeing Morgan Moroney became a sponsored athlete so I figured I would take the plunge and try my first BCAA with them and they did not disappoint. The berry burst is delicious and easy to drink and it mixes really well with water. The shipping was extremely quick too. Will be a returning customer

Rating: Overall decent some of the best I've had. Taste: The Cola at first sip I thought it was bad, but over the week I've concluded it satisfies all soda cravings for me personally. Mixability: is decent it does clump but if you let it sit the clumps go away. I mix 5 scoops in 2 Litres and leave it in the fridge overnight and its perfect but even mixing on the go just give it like 15 mins approx. Any clumps will disappear. Effectiveness: Tough to say, however placebo or not. I feel great while fasting and feel more recovered and ready for the next day which I assume has a lot to do with the dose per day (10 scoops/ 4L ) Goes Well With: Intermittent fasting/ Getting your daily gallon in.

I've tried the Blue raspberry flavor and the unflavored. I have also read through the previous reviews. I bought the blue raspberry initially based on previous reviews and Highly recommend. With the BCAA's you get the benefit of protein consumption without the need to take on the extra calories as well as the digestive stress of consuming to much food. I also tried the Unflavored to mix with other supplements but unfortunately there is definitely a strong chemical taste. If you mix it with other strong flavors it will blend in so it's not all bad. Wouldn't get unflavored again. Goes Well With: Mix the flavored BCAA on its own with water, let it rest for about 5 to 10 mins and will mix more thoroughly.

Most bcaas do the same thing, but the flavour in these matters the most! Did the usual, felt quite hydrated and helped in my recovery process. Cola: really my favourite, mixed well without residue on bottom, and actually tastes like non carbonated cola (is good to mix with soda water not going to lie is quite a nice sweet fizzy drink) is delicious and would buy again Blue Raz is terribly bitter, does not mix well (heaps of residue that never seemed to mix even when heavily diluted) and even after trialling I could not get the right dilution for taste it was either way too bitter, burning sort of sensation going down, or so weak it was difficult to power through. Did not come close to finishing bag and will not repurchase. Watermelon is even worse, was so bitterly ... MoreMost bcaas do the same thing, but the flavour in these matters the most! Watermelon is even worse, was so bitterly sweet it was near impossible to drink, not really sure what palette can handle it but mine did not suit. gave to a friend who loves it so seems a personal taste thing. She loved the bitter harsh sweet taste, but I prefer something like Cola that wasn't too strong. Peach mango my favourite by far, best paired with soda water and excellent when strongly mixed, is a flavour i will re purchase and do thoroughly enjoy goes fastest I have it almost every day. Goes Well With: Soda water.
Most BCAA blends is different from brand to brand. Each with there own packing and supplier leaves distinct flavors from one brand to the next. This one currently stands closest to tasteless. However, as with most BCAA unflavoured blends results in a bitter after taste left undesirable. So as a given, would recommend throwing into your favourite drink containing sugar free derivatives or the likes, fats like yogurt, shakes, cold or hot cereal alleviate the bitterness that comes with the powder if consumed together. Because of it's high mixability due to BCAA's miscible chemical properties allows for these alternative means of consumption. If you plan to hash a scoop of dry powder like how it is with the current fitness meta, I wouldn't, no one prefers it and consuming large quantities is less beneficial vs. taking a bit at a time like with food. Goes Well With: Flavoured beverages, Yogurt, Protein Shakes (some already contain your BCAA's try to not overlap, your wasting money) in the end your protein will get broken down into the likes but use your own judgement. Cold or hot cereal, cottage cheese, eggs (surprisingly, if mixed into a scramble of course).
The grape flavour is BY FAR the best, it is absolutely bang-on for value in terms of pricing and the BCAAs themselves are effective with helping you through the toughest workouts, combining it with some dextrin if needed on a heavy/high carb day is a breeze as the mixability is amazing as well. NOW BRING BACK THE GRAPE FLAVOUR OR ELSE!!! Goes Well With: Water. GRAPE IS LOVE.
First time buying BCAA from MyProtein after switching from another brand who's shipping prices ended up putting me off. This is as good as the other brands, really does the job and I am getting top results off it with my workout routine. Also LOVE there is a scoop, i wasted so much on other brands over using because they only mentioned serving size in grams etc...thanks MP! Goes Well With: I add two scoops to my pre-workout and 2 scoops to my post work out shake, it always mixes well, never noticeable, and doesn't off put any flavours.
Usually love MP products but the unflavoured version of this is anything but 'unflavoured' - it tastes how I imagine battery acid or poison tastes. So yuck. I put it in overnight oats with heaps of sugar free maple syrup, cinammon and other flavours to try and mask the taste and it still came through and overpowered everything else. It's like eating powdered metal. Ew. Maybe the flavoured versions are ok, but it's kind of scary just how flavoured they must be if this is the base taste of this. Goes Well With: Nothing lol
Ideal core ingredient for a guilt free frozen drink, like the calorific ones they sell at fast food stores. I also use plenty of lemon juice as a detox / pH enhancer. One generous (i use a pint) glass of ice, a scoop or two of your favourite BCAA, a little water for blending, and offset any excessive sweetness with lemon juice to taste - giving it that zestyness. It all depends on your blender, palate, and ingredients on hand. After one or two attempts I had it down to my preference. Goes Well With: Ice. Lemon juice.
Great ingredients, tastes amazing. When making this up, put it into a shaker and not just a glass. Shake vigorously, then let it rest for 5-10 minutes before consuming. Otherwise the powder does not completely dissolve. Otherwise it’s a great BCAA Goes Well With: Iced water.
