I was quite concerned after ordering this Frypan when I read some reviews. I seasoned the pan prior to using it and haven’t looked back. I’m not sure why all the negative reviews but it’s been used heaps from eggs to casseroles and it’s been great. It does get hot quick so cooking at a lower temp is the key.

I’m at Dietitian and I am always in the kitchen cooking. I used a lot of pans over the years and this one is by far the best! I have used it every day since I got it and absolutely love it. It cooks the food evenly and perfectly every single time and everything taste so delicious in it! I will also love that I can put it in the dishwasher and it’s so easy to clean. I’d recommend this pan to everyone.

For the price I was expecting a kitchen marvel, a wonderful cooking tool to help tackle any culinary challenge. Unfortunately it has been disappointing, yes it has cooked things however there has been constant problems with keeping it clean. Most things you cook stick to the pan and are a pain to clean regardless of what oil, spray you use. I have other stainless steel cooking products that clean super easy so this is its downfall.

Good solid product, heavier than a normal frypan which lends itself to more consistent temperature. Of course, the Stainless is easier to clean. Delivery was prompt, the entire process was smooth and I received feedback/updates as the order progressed. Used the next day to cook Barramundi pieces, brown first, then oven to 68 Deg C.
Best mid-week schnitty night ever!Using an induction hob setting #7, the oil/butter blend was soon brought to temperature and then added crumbed* veal schnitzels for a quick fry on both sides. The generous size of the pan meant there was room for both large pieces to cook together, quickly reaching that important crispy golden crust while keeping the schnitzel tender and juicy inside. No need to go beserk with high temperature settings as the pan retains an even heat throughout the cook.*Try a combination of Panko and standard breadcrumbs + sprinkle of sesame seeds, some lemon zest and finely grated parmesam cheese.
Great for searing and then finishing off in the oven. Heats up quickly, and has even pan heat. Great for sautéing too. I use my pan for almost all my cooking everyday. I am very happy with its versatility and value. Loving it!
Great stainless steel fry pan. Even cooking easy to clean.Gets 4 stars as the included care and use instructions indicate that you do not need oil and to be heated up on a low medium heat. This caused eggs to stick and burn. These were clearly instructions intended for a non stick Teflon pan. My pan is now marked forever permanently
The pan is beautiful to look at and that’s about it. I’ve read the instructions and tried absolutely everything but items stick to it and it’s very hard to clean once the food is stuck to it - which is all the time. So disappointing when I purposely did research and splashed out on an expensive pan hoping to eliminate these problems.
You wont find a tri clad pan with a sealed rim for less than this. I purchased it while it was 50% off.The Ikea SENSUELL is 11" and tri clad but the rim is not sealed. I would reccomend that pan instead depending on your size and budget preferences.
Use medium heat, once the frypan is hot enough, add oil, the oil should get hot pretty quickly, then add cooking ingredients. If you add food before the pan/oil is hot enough, they might stick. I googled how to season stainless steel & managed to it right after a few tries. It's not hard. I have now replaced my toxic non-stick with the Per Amore cookwares. They are easy to clean. Very happy with them.
