I thought this would be just like other skillets but it wasn't. It was so easy to cook in, cooked an omelette the other night and thought it would definitely stick after not putting oil or butter in the pan and it came off like a dream and so easy to clean afterwards as well. Handle is great length and pan is light enough to pick up with food in it and your wrist not hurt.

I was keen to purchase these saucepans and skillets due to the ceramic cooking surface and because they are relatively light. I am disappointed, however, by the handles which are not comfortable to hold: They are a bit too wide and the groove on the under surface is particularly uncomfortable when lifting.
I've never used a ceramic pan before and now I'm converted! The pan is silky smooth and I barely had to put any oil in it. My food moved around the pan so easily - I cooked an omelette, a lamb curry and a steak on it so far. Best of all, it was even easier to clean.
Such a joy to cook with this skillet. I was a little skeptical using ceramic cookware as I don't like the stain it leaves be hind on the pan, but Per Benessere is amazing. The darker interior is really smart and practical at the same time!It cleans up really easily as well!
I love this pan so much, it's the perfect size to cook for 1-2 people. Great non-stick surface, super easy to clean and I love that I can use it in the oven too making it awesome for one-pan meals!
I’ve cooked a few times with this pan and it’s now my go to when I need a non stick pan. Everything slides off easily and effortlessly. I’ve always been an Essteele customer but only for stainless steel. So this one’s a fantastic addition
I have been using this pan for about 2 months and absolutely love it!! The nonstick coating effortlessly cooks everything I have used it for, and is so easy to keep clean. It’s the best nonstick pan I’ve ever used! My mum is even going to buy a set!
