I switched from serie per salute after years of use to serie per domani just because my wife absolutely wanted pans and skillets to be dishwasher safe, and the former serie is not. But I found that simple things like fried eggs tend to stick a bit, even after they come out of the dishwasher.

These frypans are exceptional. Size of both is perfect, they are a good weight and they cook evenly. We only have Essteele cookware because of the quality and we have not been let down with these. Would highly recommend this set to anyone needing new pans or looking to upgrade the quality of their existing pans.
Purchased to use on induction hot plate, l couldn’t be happier. I was replacing older Esteele saucepans. I have both 20cm saucepan & 28cm skillet. Both cook superbly, wipe clean. Saucepan has been used to cook a beef braise perfectly, with minimal stirring. No burning or sticking. Lid seals well & I’m happy it hasa steam vent.
Wanted a top quality non-stick pan for our new induction cooktop and these have definitely been a top purchase. I use the small one every morning to make our eggs. Completely non-stick and cooks brilliantly. Here’s hoping they last a long time as they seem well constructed and very sturdy. Also very pleased to get them at such a great discounted price.

I already own the per domani wok and this is great, functional and very easy to clean. The lid handles don't heat up which is great. The fry pans are just as easy to use, versatile and very easy to clean afterwards.
I bought the product because I am interested in durability. I want them to last a long time. Perhaps this is why the non stick coating is not smooth, which would allow for a more efficient non stick experience. Also, after reflection I would have preferred a handle that is not covered in heat resistant material, just a straight steel handle, I mention this because the area that joins the pan gets very hot as it is not a seamless cover in this area, and gives one a false sense of safety. Other than that is to easy to clean with a bit of pressure. I am satisfied.
Tge non-stick seems like it’s going to be durable, though it’s a bit early to tell. The pans were smaller than I expected (I should have paid more attention!). The handles stick up rather than coming straight out which makes them easy to hold but means they don’t fit well in my pan drawer.
