These pans feel nice in the hand which is why I went with Per Salute. Cooking omelettes is now a pleasure, these pans really are non-stick. I later decided to get a 24cm Per Domani from another retailer because of Essteele's marketing about "double induction" technology, but eggs stick to that pan like crazy. If I could have my time over I would get the Per Salute 3 pack and skip the Domani altogether, but I've unfortunately kept the Domani too long to return.

On Friday November 29th, 2019 I bought a set of 3 Essteele Per Salute Pans - size 20/24/28 cm. Item number: 7298690 - 4262 from Myers in Chatswood, NSW.I tried to cook with these pans on my induction cooktop. Unfortunately I found the pans to be of a most inferior quality. On the box it said that the cookware was able to be used on all cooking surfaces, including induction.1: In trying to cook an egg on medium heat the pan did not heat sufficiently and the egg took approximately 10 minutes to cook. It is obvious that the pan cannot heat effectively on an induction cooktop.2: The egg stuck to the pan and in trying to lift it out with a wooden spatula the egg broke up and began to disintegrate. I can't thank the gentleman at Shellharbour Myers who assisted me with my purchase enough. We recently built a new home with an induction cook top and I was unsure about the most appropriate skillet to purchase. He took the time to explain what to look for on the packaging, and explained the differences between the stocked brands. He then suggested the pack which wasn't in stock. But he looked with me on the iPad in store, selected the item and he organised for it to be delivered to my door free of charge. Absolutely exceptional service which I must say I have found sadly lacking elsewhere. Thank you so much! You should be cloned:)
